  • Welcome to Shoalwater 1104, your luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach, promising a rejuvenating vacation experience with the soothing sounds of the waves just steps away.

    Located on the 11th floor, this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo invites you to experience the ultimate beach getaway. Step out onto your large private balcony and let the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore wash away your worries.

    The Primary suite is a serene haven, offering a comfortable King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and balcony access where you can start your day with a cup of coffee while enjoying the panoramic views of the Gulf. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for guests of all ages with its two Twin beds, both equipped with flat-screen TVs.

    Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and dine together at the dining table or breakfast bar. After a day of beach fun, unwind in the spacious living room, which boasts a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa sleeper for additional guests.

    With a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience, free wireless internet access, and upscale amenities throughout, Shoalwater 1104 ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 8 guests.

Stay active with a fitness center and tennis court, or take a peaceful stroll through the beautifully landscaped grounds. A private boardwalk provides easy access to the Gulf’s pristine waters.

    MONTHLY RENTALS
    The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Relaxing vibes and great views

Loved this place. The balcony was amazing and the layout was great. Quick access to the beach, fast elevators, and plenty of supplies and amenities. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Dream Get Away

I absolutely loved staying here! It was such a perfect space for me and my family. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to have our meals The beach view was amazing and the environment was so pleasing and family oriented. I loved every minute of my stay! Hope to come back next year!

Orange Beach Stay

Orange Beach / Gulf Shores has become our favorite family vacation spot. 1104 Shoalwater was a great spot! The location between Flora-Bama and Gulf Shores is perfect. The short walk to the beach was a big plus and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus also! We would stay here again and there was plenty of room for our group. Thanks!

Great place on the beach

Good and clean place. Pretty quiet. It was easy to go the beach for a long stay or a quick dip. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Guests will need to bring their own consumables (garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc.) which we somehow missed in the welcome paperwork. Place is nice. The kitchen doesn't really have lights which was annoying but we got used to it. Loved the balcony.

Spring Break 2025

Our family of 5 had a blast on vacation. This property is very clean for being along the beach. The only complaints our kids had were the outside pool was cold and no outdoor hot tub. The basketball/tennis/pickle ball court had a very nice surface.The best thing about the property was the ocean view from our balcony, absolutely amazing!! It was a slice of paradise to wake up in the morning, to sit listening to the waves while drinking a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up. The beach is so beautiful and very clean. As for the condo itself it was a perfect space. The only complaint for us adults is the kitchen could use better lighting. We cooked majority of our meals and the under cabinet lights were just a little to dim. Overall, we all felt it was the perfect place for our vacation and would recommend it to anyone!

Super suite deal

The condo was amazing. Clean, timely check in, spectacular view, prompt support, fully furnished kitchen. So glad the property was CLEAN. AC worked well. Plumbing good. Appliances in good shape. We had a family of 8, all grown kids 15+. Slept very comfortably. The sofa bed has old style coil spring, not comfy at all. Bruised the girls first nite. So we used the chair sleeper and sofa not pulled out. Sheets and blankets were brought to us ASAP for sleeper chair. Proximity to beach is as good as you can get. Elevators were both working. Grocery stores nearby. Lots to do within 5 minutes. This condo is best bang for buck we found so far!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Less than a week before we were to arrive, we received a mandatory waiver notice that mentioned construction on the balcony (beach) side. We had no prior notice of construction and no options other than to accept it. Throughout the day time hours, there were concrete drills and chipping guns not to mention workers on pulley platforms able to look into the rooms. I'm not sure why this work was not done in off season, but the week of 4th of July seems like the wrong time to do it. Resting in the condo during the day was not possible. This is in addition to getting a condo ticket (violation of some kind) for keeping our beach stuff outside the door. We did not have a balcony to put it on. We had small issues that we fixed like a leaking showerhead that sprayed of the glass, layer of ice in the freezer, no icemaker, and the smallest tv possible in the guest room. But overall, the condo was nice, but the association's actions were disappointing.

Everything was just as it was pictured. Very clean and had everything we needed. We were checked on throughout the stay through text to make sure we had everything we needed and we’re enjoying our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is perfect. Great view. Comfortable beds. Very clean. We enjoyed the location and had a wonderful girls trip.Time was marred by the company. We arrived and it took 4 hours to be able to enter the condo. The door lock was broken. After 8 back and forth calls and 2 maintenance visits they finally gave us their only physical key to the property to get in. Why did it need to take that long??? They promised to contact HOA to have lock fixed since it wasn’t on them. After me going to the office on Tuesday because it wasn’t fixed to remind them, it still took my persistence to get it fixed on Thursday. I called the building property management company and HOA. They explained the door locks are not their responsibility and gave me the locksmiths name and also a name and number of their maintenance man who could explain to liquid life why the door lock was their responsibility to fix. Door lock finally fixed on Thursday in 10 minutes by a locksmith. Absolutely a pain for us to juggle one key and a dozen calls in the end to fix the door. Not a single apology by anyone in Liquid Life. Why out of all the people working there could one employee not take responsibility and follow up to make sure our lock was fixed? Terrible way to run a business and I will never use the company again although the condo was perfect.
