Welcome to White Caps 1206, your luxurious Gulf-front retreat offering unparalleled comfort and stunning Gulf views. Situated on the 12th floor, this exquisite 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts a private wrap-around balcony accessible from every bedroom, providing the perfect vantage point to admire the beauty of Orange Beach and the mesmerizing Gulf waters.

The Primary suite is a tranquil haven, featuring a plush King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV for entertainment, and direct access to the balcony. Relax in style and wake up to breathtaking sunrise views over the horizon.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two Full-sized beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for your family or group. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for added convenience.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up culinary delights. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Stunning Beachfront Escape!

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, cozy, and had the most amazing ocean view – even better than the photos listed. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. Perfect location, easy check-in, and everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved Everything About The Stay. The Bedrooms and Especially The View Off The Balconies. But The Wi-Fi Was a Big Bummer, It Was Down The Entire Time (stayed 3 nights). We Couldn't Get Relaxed Like We Wanted. Had To Continuously Find More Activities To Do Outside Of The Condo Because of That Matter. Other Than That, Great Place To Stay and The Owners Was Very Responsive Quick.

Great visit - minor issues

Condo was nice but had a few issues. The master toilet ran on and off the entire week. The outside light on the balcony did not work. Could not lock all the sliding glass doors. Refrigerator door was not super strong - had to push it closed most of the time. Damp towel was left on the back of the master bathroom. Elevators during the week had issues - one time both were out - had to go up to the 15th floor by stairs. Patio furniture was old and broken down. View was spectacular. Interior was very nice and clean. Shower was fantastic. Pool was very nice.

Good beach trip

We enjoyed our stay !! The condo was perfect with plenty of room, great beach view from balcony . Only things we was not crazy about at first was getting into parking lot was a little tricky at first but once we figure it out it was good. Than about the one elevator at floor 9 on one of the elevators it would shake noticeable, we just use the other.

Fantastic unit

This unit was as close to perfect as you could ask for. The huge balcony was amazing. The unit was comfortable, quiet and clean. We all agreed that it was the best unit we have ever stayed in. I don't know how it could have been better.

Needed a little more

We made more trips to Walmart than I expected to get things that would’ve been included in a resort experience right down to the salt and pepper shakers, extra rolls of TP, and coffee filters. The location had plenty of restaurants close but we realized that having something on site would’ve been much more convenient. DoorDash or Uber Eats we’re used but also not efficient. The beach was beautiful and the pool was a great option. Gulf Shores is a great family getaway overall.

Nice & quiet!

I preferred this property over the larger chain we usually use. Easy access, no crowds. Corner unit is really nice with walls of floor to ceiling glass overlooking gulf and city. Beautiful view of the sunset from the couch!!

Great condo!

The condo was clean and well furnished. The location is nice because it is close to many restaurants and shops. It is an easy drive to the Gulf Shores area also for more restaurants. The beach access is awesome and makes it easy to go out to the beach any time of day you want. The balcony has a great view!
