With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's ample space for you and your guests to unwind in comfort and style. Coastal furnishings adorn all three bedrooms, each featuring a lavish king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom offers a private entry onto the expansive balcony, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as you soak in the serene surroundings.

Kitchen: The open concept design seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen and dining space, creating an ideal setting for entertaining. Indulge in culinary delights at the spacious dining table, which seats six guests with room for four more at the bar.

Kindly note: Two twin-sized roll away beds are available for extra guests.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Would not stay here again.

Upon arrival we walked in and the smell was awful. We were thinking it was from the cleaning but the smell never went away. In the master closet, there was rat poop on the ground which we did not notice until the last night there. The entire place felt gross. The couches smell awful. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Has so much potential but was just gross. We had an infant, 3 year old and 7 year old and every time they were on the ground their legs, feet, hands would be black from the rug and also tile. The only plus side was that it came with a high chair. 😫

Very nice

You can't beat Phoenix On The Bay. The lazy river is awesome! This unit was very functional and convenient. You can park 40 feet from your door. First floor units don't have much view but the condo was very spacious and clean.
