Whether you’re seeking a relaxing beach escape or a fun-filled family adventure, The Bluebird OBA has everything you need. With top-notch amenities, stunning views, and plenty of space for everyone, it’s the perfect spot to create lifelong memories.

Please note a few upcoming maintenance projects and schedule updates around the property:

Elevator Upgrades: The elevator interiors are nearly complete, with final touches expected by the end of October. Flooring installation may extend slightly into November.

Indoor Pool Area: Closed October 25 – November 24 for new flooring and updated pool/hot tub coping. The goal is to have this refreshed space ready for the holidays and our winter guests.

Electrical Maintenance: Between November 10–14, power will be out in some units between 12:00–5:00 AM for preventative maintenance. A detailed schedule will be shared closer to the date.

December Maintenance: The lazy river will be closed for seasonal landscaping and upkeep.

Oasis Beachside Café & Bar: Hours will vary and the café will close on select dates during the fall; the updated schedule is posted on the resort website for your reference.
