Great property with amazing view of the beach and pool area, very clean and spacious. The only downsides were the squeaky bunk beds, but will note having the bunk beds were ideal for us for having 4 kids and hard to find .The indoor pool and hot tub being closed for maintenance during our (mostly rainy) stay was also disappointing . Also, there isn’t an outdoor hot tub as listed , it’s a kids’ pool. It’d be nice if maintenance were done in the winter months. Otherwise, everything was exactly as advertised. I’d recommend booking directly through Liquid Life to avoid VRBO fees. The location was great too, with a Dollar General and crosswalk right across the street.

Cute space and upgrades, excellent views, appliances worked well, easy communication! Only weird things were the light switches didn’t work well and were confusing to use, the outlets didn’t work that well, and the king bed wasn’t as comfortable as the other beds.

Heavens Balcony

First off, the balcony at this place is just perfect. 14th floor, corner unit. Its just perfect. The condo is very modern and looks great woth comfortable furniture, both inside and out. The property is very well maintained. Pool and hot tub area were very cleaned and spacious. The condo needs a detailed dusting. The vents and light fixtures were very dusty. But ither than that, very clean. Prepare to bring extra everything. Paper towels, TP, garbage bags, soap, dish washer tabs, etc. Nit really privided with much here. Thankfully, there is a dollar store across the road thats easy to walk to.All in all, our family had a beautiful week. This condo was amazing and we would totally return. The balcony made it! We were two married couples, with a 5 and 7 year old. We had a great time and made great memories. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect stay close to everything!

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and had more than enough room. The property was clean and easily located. The communication for check in and check out were clear and we didn’t need to contact them while we were there. The views were beautiful and we loved the wrap around balcony. We would 100% stay again! The beds were very comfortable!

Family Fun

Our week was a bit chilly for the outdoor pool so the kids took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. Beach access was great for morning walks and mid day beach and sand play. Souvenirs, restaurants, candy and ice cream all in walking distance. Great location to keep busy for a week!

Beautiful white sand of Orange Beach!

Beautiful condo in Orange Beach was perfect for a week with friends! The beach was just a short walk with a pleasant pool in between! We enjoyed time in both gulf and pool. The condo was a perfect set up for two couples. There was plenty of space for each of us to have privacy. We loved the wrap-around deck with beautiful views in two directions. Orange Beach has lots of good places to eat and is close to Gulf Shores with all its night spots!

Our family of 8 had a fun and relaxing vacation. The condo was very family oriented. We loved the views from the large balcony and hung out there when we needed some quiet relaxing time. We would stay here again.

Girls Trip

Everything was great! Very clean and great location. The only negatives were that one bunk bed was missing the ladder to get to the top, and they were a little squeaky. Also, the tubs did not drain properly. It didn’t bother us enough to reach out to management and we still had a great time! Plenty of room for me and 7 friends. Overall, I would definitely book again!

Very Nice Condo

The condo overall was very nice. We had a couple of fans that did not work and the garbage disposal did not work. Maintenance was scheduled but did not come out while we were there. The location was excellent and area was quiet. Very close to lots of shops and grocery stores.

Amazing beachfront condo

We loved this unit. We spent most of the time looking at the view. We wish we would have brought binoculars to see the dolphins better. Yes, dolphins can be seen swimming from here! The wrap around balcony was awesome to see the city view & ocean! Easy beach access. Make sure you ready the sign behind the front door, we missed it for the 1st few days. This is close to stores and restaurants, so it was the perfect location. Beds were comfy! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo - Great Amenities

The condo was beautiful and very clean….upscale kitchen appliances and lighting and fans in all rooms. Nice pool area. Right on the beach and the 14th floor view was spectacular from the balcony - great upholstered furniture out there. Located only a short drive or walk from shopping and restaurants.
