Great property and room. The description is as it says on the site. The 31st floor is very high so make sure you understand this when you are booking. Elevators are quick so I don't think it will matters if you are on the 31st floor or the 20th other than the view.I gave 4 stars. I couldn't give this a 5 star because of one thing that drives me crazy. The guests who stayed with me wanted me to give 2 stars because of this, so they hate it more than me. The issue we HATE, the room has no back of anything. When we arrive, none of the bathroom had a new roll of toilet paper and there wasn't a back up roll any where in the room. This was the same for garbage bags and paper towel. I do expect that to be included in the room without me having to ask so I took off a star. As I said some of the other people who stayed would have taken off more. This property was the best we saw in the area. Loved the pools and lazy river. The staff was great. I liked to see them police the property. They kept people off the property that didn't stay and the adult pool was watched to make sure the rules were followed. Loved that.The people at the store, bar and food area were the best. They were very friendly and went out of there way to help. Our last night we were tired so I went to get a pizza for the food area on site. Unknowing when they closed, I showed up 5 minutes before close. They had no problem making me a pizza.I will be back.
