Enjoy the views from the Grand Caribbean of the White Sandy Beach of The Gulf of Mexico and Cotton Bayou. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There are two bedrooms/two baths, sleeps 8. After a long day in the sun at the beach, take a dip in the gorgeous blue water of the pool located on the south side of the building. Hungry after all of the day's activities and ready for dinner, grill your fresh catch in the grilling area complete with arbor and picnic tables.

The condo is also located next to Cotton Bayou Boat Launch.

Living Area
Sectional sofa and side chairs with seating for eight while viewing the 48"LCD hdtv. Free high speed wifi available as well.

Kitchen/Dining
Fully furnished kitchen w/keurig coffee maker, toaster, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size washer/dryer.

Master Bedroom
Accommodates a king size bed, dresser and small desk if you feel the need to bring your computer to work while you are on vacay. 42" smart tv mounted on the wall. On suite bath with tub/shower combination.

Guest Bedroom
Great set up for the all of the kids in the bunk beds or adults in the full size bed. TV mounted on the wall.

Guest bath is centrally located next to the bedroom and kitchen/living area.

Was a great get away for myself and my kids. Unit was very clean. With lots of kitchen appliances for cooking, and well as games, puzzles and books for the kids to enjoy. Any question i had was answered quickly. Will definitely stay here again

This is a nice property. A well stocked kitchen of all utensils. The owner was responsive and accomadating and helpful with the minor issues we encountered during our stay.

We were not missing anything. Plenty of bath towels! The kitchen was well stocked. It even had an air fryer that we used! Clean! Beds were great! Easy walk to the beach! Conveniently located to food and groceries!

Family had a Blast

Two adults, four children, We enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys and games in the Condo. The dishwasher and washer and dryer worked well, everything was clean. Both showers drained really slow, and one of the toilets flushes really weird, sometimes we had to flush multiple times for everything to go down. The atV in the master bedroom would not connect to the wifi, so we didn’t use it. But everything else was great. The view is nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring break

Check in process and listing were accurate. The master bedroom was oversized, great sink area/closet but the toilet/shower room was very cramped. The sink & shower were *extremely* slow to drain. (Did not complain bc I do not want maintenance in and out while I’m on vacation). The secondary bedroom was incredibly small. Bunk beds & full size bed plus luggage hardly fit in the room. Listing stated 35.00 for extra parking pass (for the week?) - we stayed 4 days and Lisa told me the HOA recently raised the fee…kindly update the listing if you wish to collect more. Also, you might want to think twice about crossing a 4 lane highway with small children for beach access.

Weekend getaway

Great location convenient to the beach and restaurants. It’s across the street from the beach but the only thing across the street is the public beach access, nothing to hinder the view. Had everything we needed. Having chairs and a wagon to use really helped when packing our car. I could not find the umbrella though. Would definitely stay here again.

Orange beach family trip

Had a nice visit in Orange Beach with my family. Condo was nice and clean. Location was good. The beach was beautiful and was only a few minute walk to access. Owners had offered beach chair and other beach accessories to use which was a nice plus. The owner was extremely responsive with any questions.

OK Stay - Lots to Be Desired

This review is for the complex as a whole, not the individual unit. It is going to sound all bad, but our stay was not terrible. There are simply aspects we wished were better and potentially opportunities for improvement. • Good location to dining and stores. • Lack of a private beach is one downside, and accessing the public beach is a bit of a pain. The walk isn't short and having to cross a busy four-lane road is not convenient, even with the cross walk. • The pool area is OK. It easily gets crowded since it is not very big. It was clean though. The maintenance crew was religious in cleaning the area each morning. • The condo is located at a busy intersection, so vehicle traffic is always present. • The Unit we stayed in had its own storage room in the parking garage; however, there is little to no air flow in the storage room which can harbor mold and cause any fabric items to smell. • The fitness room needs an upgrade, and there was one morning when standing water was all over the floor from either pressure washing or hard rain. • Our Unit had its own parking spot in the garage; however, we did not utilize the space for fear of getting trapped. The turns to enter and exit the garage are tight, and with a 1/2 ton truck, the exit would have been difficult if not impossible should the person with the spot closest been parked there.

Very nice condo in a great location!

We stayed from Monday through Saturday in the month of June and truly enjoyed our stay! When we arrived there was a welcome basket with snacks that my kids enjoyed!! The kitchen has many utensils as well as plates bowls and dishes! The condo was at a great location, we were able to walk to the beach a couple of times and theres a grocery store close by as well as restaurants! We would definitely like to come back!

Clean and comfortable located in the middle of all of the places we ventured to. Across the street from the beach, easy walk. Chairs and a wagon were an awesome perk! Lisa promptly answered to any questions we had. We enjoyed our trip and had no issues.
