Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Stay in our beachfront premium unit at affordable prices!!!! There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 new full beds in the 3rd bedroom for occupancy up to 8.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, tile countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR, 2BR AND 1BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Spring break get away

My family and I stayed here for a five nights in early April. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. My kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and the beach was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes and cookware. The downside was that they only included one extra garbage bag and one extra dish washing tab. Not a big deal but for a place large which to hold 10 guests a few more cleaning supplies would have been nice. Also, two of the for elevators were down for repairs. The sign said they had been down since January. Sometimes this caused quite a backup and we had to wait ten minutes for an elevator. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Phoenix VI Orange Beach

The whole experience from booking to checkout was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our Condo was very clean and renovated nicely. I would definitely re-book with this company.

Beautiful view

The condo is large and nicely decorated. We found that the coffee pot did not work and the shower curtain had black mold on it. There was a new shower curtain but it had not been hung to replace the soiled one. I would highly recommend the condo, just needs some housekeeping updates. Everything else was highly satisfactory.

Family summer vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was nice, the only problem we had was the condo was not cleaned when we got there, we had to wait for the cleaning people to get there and clean it. Other than that it was beautiful.

Review

Nice condo but the floor was nasty when we arrived. But I found a mop and just mopped the whole floor myself. Was glad I took extra toliet paper because there was only one roll per bathroom. View from condo was beautiful and nice outdoor furniture to sit on out on patio. Pool very nice. Furniture in the living room is not the same that is in the condo. Really the most disappointing was the dirty floor but we took care of that. Would stay there again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location!

Our family of six had a wonderful Spring Break week in this condo! There was plenty of space for everyone and the views were spectacular! We had friends is several other units of this same building and everyone said that this unit was the biggest and most beautiful! We agree!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Fantastic location with even better views. Communication with the property manager was second to none and the condo was modern and spotless. We were sad to leave and look forward to staying here again soon!

Nice condo with great views

The condo was very nice and has wonderful views. But, we were disappointed with the lack of balcony furniture. There was only 3 chairs and a table as one chair was broke and was put next to a storage room. It looked like it had been there a while too. Overall, it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent condo!!

This was an excellent condo, perfect for our family vacation. Everything was as-advertised. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc and all in great shape. The unit is also very nicely furnished. We went with some other families staying on this property and this unit is much nicer than some other choices at Phoenix VI. Great location, amazing views from the balcony. Overall no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Great property and plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. View was amazing from front balcony as well as the back gulf view. We also loved the end unit. Felt more private.
