Beautifully decorated and fully stocked.
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 82” flat screen SMART TV with surround sound in the living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a loft bed for 2 and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Zeke's Marina directly across the Street offering deep sea fishing trips! 10 Area Golf Courses! Tanger Mall, OWA Water Park and The Wharf offer great shopping, dining and activities.

The place was disgusting, food on the walls broken icemaker in the fridge,broken blinds on the windows, broken toilet paper rolls, food under beds and inside the pull out couch. It looked as if sheets were not clean on ANY bed. No cleaning chemicals only a broom( straw broom). Bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole place and took all the sheets off the beds and washed them!! so disappointed!!! Left msgs and NO responses from VRBO or rental until very end of stay :(

Clean and beautiful!

The condo was amazing! Clean and meticulous! Very well stocked with everything we needed. The view was breathtaking. The condo complex was amazing as well the whole place was very clean. Only negative thing to say was the lazy river/slide was closed during our whole stay do to a leak. (Which per the pool main workers this has happened twice already since open. May want to reach out to make sure it is open!) We were told by the staff at the desk the condo managers were aware one week prior. We did reach out to Phoenix vacation and they stated they only knew for 24 hours before our visit. We booked this condo for the lazy river. It would have been appreciated if they reached out to us before our arrival and were honest with us giving the opportunity to decide on a different condo. As we were bummed about the lazy river being closed, we will return. The benefits outweighed the con of it being closed! Definitely would have made this a 5 star

Great stay

The good: Property was fabulous! Exactly as pictured! Super clean. Beautiful view. Stocked with all the kitchen tools you need! Very spacious. Fantastic location. The not so good: Master bedroom bed was not comfortable. The water pressure in the shower could be better. Communication w/ property management was horrible. We never received the check-in/check-out instruction email that is supposed to be sent 3-4 days beforehand I texted and called and left a message 2 days before. I didn't receive a response. We arrived at 530pm on a Sunday. Still no communication and no way to enter our condo. I called again. No answer. Thankfully the security guard had another number for a contact for the property management company. I called and they immediately texted an access code to enter the condo. Very frustrating and stressful after driving 12 hours.

Misleading and Unprofessionally Managed

PROS: - Worried the 18th floor would be too high to really enjoy the view, but it's still very nice & gets sun; maybe don't hear the waves as much. - They did a good job with plenty of seating for different situations. - Good bit of storage for those staying awhile & lots of utensils for cooking. - Elevators were quick, but was there in early March and not many people were there. CONS: - Not as big as pics seem & balcony is crowded - Misrepresented the listed by saying it had a tennis court. - Booking agents got back to me after a day with an issue, but then would never reach back out after several more attempts. Would not recommend Phoenix Vacation Properties at all due to this. Vrbo even tried to contact them and they refused to talk to them! Extremely unprofessional, even asked us to lie and sneak into other properties. - Missed having a real outside pool and kids in lazy river/slide and gate slamming is quite noisy. Inside pool/hot tub area is stinky and quite noisy too. - Unless you're jonesing for the small lazy river, this property doesn't offer any real amenities (if listing shows tennis/pickleball - don't believe it). - Not enough hand towels for each sink. THIN! - Frustrating when they don't leave hand soaps or salt/pepper, etc. from previous renters. If you're willing to chance it, or if it's managed by another company, it's okay (if don't care about outside pool), but given the issues and how they handle things, I would look for a different managed property.

Perfect location. Very tidy and organized. Everything you need for a great vacation. Only complaint was no umbrellas next to the pool. View from the balcony is spectacular.

Great time

We had a great time at this property. It was a perfect location with amazing amenities. The condo was clean and stocked well with most kitchen items. I could not find the charger for the vacuum so I would recommend having that available to be able to vacuum. Otherwise we had an amazing time!

Amazing Condo/Resort

Just and absolutely beautiful condo. It will meet all your needs. The view was stunning. Booking process was easy. The local area was very easy to navigate and we found some amazing restaurants within a short drive. We didn't have one bad meal or encounter. Everyone was extremely friendly in that area. Would give it 10 stars 🌟 . Would definitely return.

Great condo!

Great view, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and very quiet. Only downside were the bedsheets were next to worthless so we had to go out and buy our own, and we were locked out one day early by the rental company. It was resolved, but was a hassle.

Awesome condo!

This unit was fabulous! The condo has everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen supplies. Above and beyond - even a crock pot, and Keurig . The unit has plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. The bedding is comfortable. The views are phenomenal and the balcony is a great size. Having the 3rd full bath is a nice feature of this unit. September is the perfect time to go - the lazy River was never crowded nor was the pool deck. No waits, no traffic and perfect weather. Hope to return next fall.

Beautiful Condo!

This 2 bedroom condo was very roomy...Loved the floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean with nice balcony.....My son absolutely loved the second bedroom with built in loft to sleep in...So cool for young ones..I even slept up there one night just for fun!...Lots of dishes formal and informal (plastic but nice) and tons of cookware and storage containers which was nice....Loved the ice machine built into the coffe bar...so nice to be able to fill our cooler everyday without the hassle of buying and lugging in bags of ice!...Decor was absolutely gorgeous and furniture in the main living area was awsome... Plenty of room for us all to stretch out and get comfy and we all fought over electric recliner ....all while enjoying all the options on TV...and wow what a great big TV ! Even bedroom TVs were great size....Speaking of comfy...I am a pillow hog and there were tons of extra ones not to mention several "fuzzy blankets" to snuggle in which we all love!...Inside pool was so refreshing after a day on the beach, we loved the zero entry to both pools and lazy river and waterslide were great but very crowded....My son and I got up early one morning and went down before the crowd and it was awesome!! We would definately revisit this condo...Thank you Cayce for your quick responses to all of my questions! The Zikes
