    Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



    Stunning views from our 24th floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen and Twin over Full bunk in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 13.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a great time on this vacation ! Plenty of room in the condo for the family. The condo was also very clean and updated with everything we needed there already for cooking. Worth the money and we will be back !

This unit was as described and beautiful! The rooms were comfortable and perfect for a group, the view from the balcony was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked, and the elevators were quick. No complaints and would definitely return if we come back to the area.

We really enjoyed this condo!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was super clean, it has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds and easy access to the beach and pool. It had plenty of room for everyone in our family. We definitely stay here again!

Blessed Family Vacay

This condo was spectacular!!! So clean, had everything we needed, and was absolutely beautiful!!! Grandkids loved the slide at the pool and the indoor pool!!!!Will definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful condo that fit our family perfectly. We had some trouble at first with checking in since we arrived right after 5:00 when the desk attendant had left for the day. We tried the number multiple times for after hours but did not receive a response until 3-4 hours later. Luckily, we had figured out our barrier on our own and were able to get in before that time so it all worked out in the end but this could have been a problem had we not. I would suggest being more clear that there are 2 different Phoenix II locations in Orange Beach with the check in instructions as that can be very confusing. Overall, we had a great time. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for our family. The lazy river was a great addition!

We made a last minute decision to visit orange beach and it has been our best vacation so far - this property was great and the location was amazing, I was worried about being so high up but the building was so nice and felt so sturdy that I didn’t even notice the height. The view is amazing we loved eating all of our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Tons of storage space and a beautiful facility with nice amenities. We are already planning our next visit to this same unit.

Girl’s Trip

Overall very nice condo. Checkin/checkout was easy. My only complaint….there was a toenail clipping in one of the beds and stains on the sheets. We ended up having to put new sheets on the bed
