Brand new queen pull out couch in living room. Full size kitchen with washer and dryers to clean that after beach mess. Can’t forget the dining area for family meals. Even a large bar for a casual dining experience. Step out on the patio area and look to the left to see beautiful beach view!

Loved our stay

This was our second stay in this nicely decorated condo. Would stay again next year if it was available. The condo was clean. We love being so close to the beach!

Spring Break Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as advertised and very comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Plenty to do if you want to sight see and just right if you want to be a beach bum!

Fun property to stay at.

Great place to stay plenty of room in the pools for everyone in the complex. Beach access is great. Prices at the grill by the main pools was fantastic. So much fun.

Great place!

10/10 recommend. The condo was nice & clean! Brad (the host) was very nice & easy to get in touch with. The property has plenty of pools to accommodate the amount of guest and the walk to the beach is practically nothing! There is a little walk-up shop by the ground level pools that sells food, drinks, and other items. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great stay in a cute condo.

In Feb 2024 we enjoyed our stay in this well supplied condo. The owner answered any questions we had promptly. We love being so close to the beach. We plan to stay there again.

Great for Girls Trip or Family Getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at Sugar Beach for our girls trip! The room was clean, just as described, and in the perfect location. We had easy access to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Also, the beach wasn’t super crowded, which was a major plus! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time, the condo is very clean and cute. My kids loved the pools and beach access. The building itself and the hallway were very outdated, but all in all it didnt effect our trip.

Family Vacay

This condo was more than what i anticipated it to be! The pictures of this listing do not do it justice! We've stayed at other condos in this building and hands down this one is my favorite! Spacious and is decorated perfectly! The beds were super comfortable and the condo itself was stocked with everything you'd have at home! The view of the ocean from the balcony was great! This whole place was great and will book again if available for out trip next summer!

Well supplied unit. Enjoyed our stay.

This is our 5th year. Keep coming back. Only issue was heated pool was cool the first portion of stay. Then they turned on heaters. Wish it would of been warm right away. Everyone is always friendly. Building always clean.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach! Have never stayed at these condos before, but they did not disappoint. Great location. Updated, clean, and comfy on the inside! Provided with a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. They even had makeup remover wipes and towels! There were also plenty of body towels as well. Keyless entry made it easy and convenient. Parking was also easy and convenient. Would recommend and will be back!

Very much condo with great amenities

We’ve been staying at Sugar Beach for at least 20 years and this is probably one of the best units that we’ve stayed it. The property was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed to cook and be comfortable. The only suggestion I have is for a bigger bed in the master bedroom. The full size bed is tight for a couple. Everything else is perfect! You’ll have a wonderful stay in this unit!!

Exactly as listed!

Beautiful, clean, and well maintained condo on the beach! The property was exactly as described and pictured. There was a great supply of towels and washcloths available. The condo was beautifully decorated and carried the beach vibe from outside. Great location with the beach just feet away. Three pools, plus a kiddie pool are available as well as the Sugar Shack with treats and drinks. Sugar Shack is cash only, I noticed. This was our 4th trip to Orange Beach, second trip to Sugar Beach condos. This has been our favorite condo by far. We will definitely stay again when we visit Orange Beach.

Fine for what we needed

The condo was lovely. We had several family members book units in the same building and our condo was by far the nicest. It was clean and well maintained. The main areas offered plenty of space and both bedrooms were very comfortable. Only one problem. The available coffee maker (that had mismatched parts) did not work at all, it didn't even turn on. I took pics and a video and sent a message via VRBO and received a prompt response basically indicating that it worked fine w/ previous guests, offering no solution. We certainly did not appreciate the curt response and were forced to go out the next morning and buy our own coffee maker. We would hope that our host would make sure all appliances are working properly before check in.
