    BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

    RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

    NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

    AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

    CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

    CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

    MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

    PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

    CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Beautiful home, perfect location and loved having the easy to get to private beach. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice too. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Quaint and quiet

Very happy with our stay at Beach Reads. If you are a book lover this house is perfect. My young girls loved the bunkbeds and the playroom. Was perfect for our little family.

Perfect Getaway

My friend and I stayed here a week and had a great time. The location was great between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The house was clean and very cute.The pool was excellent and the beach was a short walk . Loved the screened in porch where we spent our evenings drinking wine after returning from dinner!

Sweet escape

Recently had our girls trip - 5 of us & it was such a relaxing & fun getaway! The house was so cute & clean! Lots of things to do & close to everything whether we walked , took an Uber or used their golf cart! Definitely coming back ;)

The house was clean overall; however, the rugs were stained/need to be replaced; there is a musty smell throughout the home. It is well appointed as far as kitchen, towels, and games. Also, the books were a great idea; lots to choose from. Some windows are rotting the master bedroom has to use the hall bathroom. I wish there was a tv in the master as well. The pool was not open; which is why I chose this location; but it is close to the beach access. Bike rental and ice cream/food in walking distance.

Orange Beach House

Perfect place for a week with the family. We normally go to 30A but decided to try something different this year, and I’m glad we did! Location was great, but would highly recommend renting the golf cart as it made our trips to the beach with gear very easy. We rented a beach chair and umbrella setup for the week which was perfect. The private beach was very nice and never crowded. Will stay here again!

Our family loves visiting the beach in the winter. Great stay at Beach Reads and great service once again by Beachball. The house had everything we needed and you can't beat the neighborhood and proximity to beach - especially if you rent the golf cart. The kids had fun riding bikes on the trails and playing the games available in the house. We will be coming back.

Perfect in Every Way

Our January stay at Beach Reads was absolutely incredible. The home was very comfortable, super charming and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was in a great location, close to both Orange Beach and Golf Shores restaurants, shopping and beaches. Even though we were stuck inside during the snow storm, there were plenty of books to read, as well as games and puzzles to keep us entertained. We will definitely be coming back!!

When we got to the property the dumpster was overflowing. The home itself was clean. The size of the rooms were deceiving as they all seemed much smaller than the pictures. Beds were comfortable enough. Several of the windows were rotted and a window in the top floor toy area was broken and wouldn't close all the way making that space very hot. We weren’t able to use the golf cart for the first 2.5 days because the extension cord wasn’t on the back porch like the instructions said it would be. Any questions or concerns have to go through the beachball properties staff and they reach out to the host then you must wait for a response which ended up taking forever. I finally found the extension cord in the water heater closet under the steps. I had asked for a refund of the golf cart since we went 2.5 days without answers and unable to use it but never got a refund or an answer for that matter. No coffee filters so had to do a late night run to Walmart after an already full day of traveling. Neighborhood was quiet.

Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Beach Reads for the week with our two kids and can't wait to go back. We enjoyed the golf cart which made it super easy to get to and from the beach in just a few minutes, the family games, the library of books to choose from and the rocking chairs on the front porch to drink coffee. The neighborhood is charming, friendly and quiet. The kids rode bikes in the neighborhood and we also checked out the Gulf State parks and trails. There was really never a dull moment. The kids cried when we left. We all can't wait to go back to Beach Reads.

Amazing Getaway!

We recently visited beach reads with some friends this spring, and had an awesome time. The house is very cute and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Beach access was very easy, but we loved having the golf cart to haul our chairs and cooler.THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL! In the morning, we explored the miles and miles of trails and walked to breakfast at one of the nicer hotels. You here for the whole night thank you. Go get your cereal. I'll do this in a second. Don't touch my phone. OK, I'm in the middle of all. Lots of great restaurants in the area. I imagine the pool is also nice in the summer, but it wasn't open yet. House was stocked with everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and hope we can come back again soon!
