  • Phoenix West II es un magnífico 3 dormitorios, 4 ba��os unidad frente al Golfo en el nuevo desarrollo a lo largo de la costa del Golfo de Alabama.

    La habitación principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas y un baño privado, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha a ras de suelo con dos cabezales de ducha.

    El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con un baño privado.

    El tercer dormitorio con 2 camas tamaño queen y un baño privado. Ambas habitaciones también tienen un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas. Esta unidad se encuentra en la 8ª planta y es de aprox. 1958 sq. Ft.

    La unidad tiene acceso inalámbrico a Internet, televisión de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas en la sala de estar y un sofá cama, sala de estar separada, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y una barra de bar con máquina de hielo.

    Hay una lavadora y secadora de la cuarta baño que también una ducha a ras de suelo.

    Phoenix West II condominio ofrece vistas espectaculares frente al Golfo y fabulosas instalaciones. Siéntase libre para relajarse en las brillantes aguas del río lento frente al golfo, mientras que los más pequeños disfruten de la almohadilla tobogán de agua o salpicaduras revirada. Sudor de estrés en el gimnasio totalmente cargado, con sauna, y luego refrescarse en la piscina cubierta grande. Perfect location!

We had a wonderful vacation! It was us, our adult son and his wife and 3 children. The unit was large enough for everyone to spread out but still enjoy time together. Plenty of seating in the family room. Such easy access to the pools and lazy river and the beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

Family vacation

Property has all the amenities that you need for a great vacation, the condo was clean when we arrived the kitchen had more than enough utensils and appliances to cook for the family, there was 2 minor things had issues with the 2 front bedroom fans and the wifi was spotty at times. I would definitely recommend this Property.

Spring vacation

The condo was very clean & well furnished. The location was convenient to every thing we visited. Had an awesome time at the beach. The only con was in the past we had stayed at owners condos and was use to having well stocked kitchens. This condo was stocked with the basics. Which was great just an adjustment on our part.

Perfect Family Condo

I loved the way this condo had extra couches. It was perfect for my family. Everyone had a place to sit even if someone was assigned to sleeping on the couch. I won’t lie…my favorite part of the condo was the 21+ pool area. We would spend time at the beach in the morning and would move to the pool in the afternoon. 100% recommend!!!

The perfect place for a prefect beach trip!

The condo was sparkling clean and very spacious. Our view from the balcony was wonderful, especially with a cup of coffee in my hand. My kids LOVED the slide. The walk to the beach was painless because it’s right there on the beach. I would recommend this condo again ajd again

Initial opinion of property… building is beautiful. View is wonderful. Pros: The view, the Oasis Bar & Grill; food was very good even though pricey. We expect that for the convenience. The women bartending were very friendly and made excellent drinks. Property was mostly clean. Pleasantly surprised to find a nice booster seat available for the infant in our group. Cons: At checkin did not receive friendliness at first. Refrigerator in condo leaked if using the water or ice dispenser. Floor ended up with puddles. The dishwasher is super loud. Sounds like hail. The dryer didn’t dry clothes the first couple times. My husband pulled the dryer out to check the hose and it worked after that. The carpets in bedrooms are extremely worn and master bedroom didn’t feel vacuumed. Carpet in the master closet has a stain that looks like splatter (vomit). The foot of one of the beds was broken so it was just propped up with a stack of wood. Condo says it sleeps 10 but there is only seating for 9. Someone had to stand each time. The complex is very large so all the pools were crowded. The beach chair company takes up two thirds of the beach in front of the complex so finding a place to set up personal beach chairs was very limited. Even though many of the rental chairs weee left empty. All in all, not impressed with the stay. Will definitely find a new condo next visit.

Wonderful View & Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean & had a wonderful view. The only problems were: The 2nd King Bed that was twice as high as the 2 Queens, and Master King, was way too high, The bathrooms all need grab bars, especially the tubs, it is very dangerous trying to climb out without bars (wish there was a walk-in shower in one of the 2 bedrooms, not 2 tubs). The couple in the King Suite, said the walk in shower should have more holders for soap, shampoo, etc, or at least a hanging caddy over the door? They also said it needed grab bars. The couches were ok, but rather have more reclining sofas, and we did not know until last day or so, the rockers were reclining, because the button is down in the cushion. When we did find it, there were 3-4 bugs in the reclining footrest. Need some simple 1-3 steps to start the television. We did get it but took awhile.Otherwise, everything was great.

The Braud Family Vacation 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th year staying at Phoenex West 2. The facilities were great again. Room on the beach seems to be getting more crowded. The chair rentals take up an excessive amount of space even though they were mostly filled. This causes the non-rentals have to squeeze in tighter. The room was great as advertized. With the exception of the recliner chairs. One was broken and would not recline. And the one that would recline, my wife had trouble keeping it reclined as it would keep going down. This was a big problem as wife being disabled needs a good recliner to relax. When we select a room for rental. A recliner is the primary item we look for for her comfort.The phone and internet service were not good. This prevented my son and daughter-in-law from having a couple desired meetings for work.

The two living spaces was so convenient for our group to give the kids their own space (we traveled with adults and children ranging from 1-11), the kitchen was stocked with the most convenient tools, furniture was comfortable, and the blackout curtains in all rooms literally made our week!! We can’t wait to stay again!
