The keyless entry allows you the convenience of beginning your vacation immediately upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. Living area is equipped with a 77" OLED smart television and all bedrooms are equipped with 55" smart LCD televisions. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group.

The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 in the Adirondack rockers.

Bedrooms:
• The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite master bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with two showerheads. Wake up to the beautiful gulf views from your French doors which lead into the dining area, and out to the balcony.
• In the second bedroom, there is another king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• The third bedroom is perfect for families featuring two queen beds and *new* custom twin bunk beds for two additional guests. This bedroom includes another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• The 4th full bathroom features a walk-in shower and houses the laundry closet and is accessible from the hallway.

You can sleep soundly knowing that all towels, bedsheets, and linens are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

Parking:
Parking fees are charged by the building at $60 +tax for all vehicles parking on property. Parking passes must be purchased at the HOA Desk located in the main lobby. Up to two passes may be purchased. If additional parking is needed, off-site parking is available for purchase. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.
