  • Estupendo condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicado a pasos de las más hermosas playas de arena blanca que ofrece el Golfo. Este es un condominio espacioso que incluye dos dormitorios y dos baños completos. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con fogones, nevera, lavavajillas y microondas. Además, hay una lavadora y secadora grandes dentro de la unidad. Amplio balcón privado con vista indirecta a la playa. La piscina interior / exterior se encuentra en el lado de la playa de la propiedad. Hay una maravillosa área de parrillas y pícnic que incluye parrillas de gas y de carbón.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our little get away, and getting to the beach was easy with the sand wheelchair! Would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect place to visit with my son who was located in the romar cottages. Only one boardwalk over from Harbour Place. May consider renting a unit in Horbour place, if my son's in laws at at the Cottages.

We enjoyed it! It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities that you would need for your stay. It was really quiet and everyone was super friendly. The communication with the host Mary was great!! The only downside was there was only one elevator working but everyone was really patient and kind.

Last Minute Labor Day Trip

Location and size was perfect for my little family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 7). Central to everything and beach was not near as crowded as it was at the larger locations such as The Phoenix’s. Will definitely look to this property again for a stay.

Great Long Holiday Weekend Escape

Our family had a great time over the five days spent at the beach. The property was as advertised.....very clean and well-equipped and definitely suited our needs. A great first impression of Orange Beach.

Great beach getaway

My family enjoyed staying here. Property manager was great at responding and in a very timely manner, crisp clear instructions on everything you need to know. Very clean and up to date. Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day.

Great condo and condo bldg!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Also, loved the community feel of the pool area and the other snow birds who stay in harbor place Jan-Feb. The only thing I would have liked is a better view from the balcony and more sunlight in the unit.

Place was clean and spacious. Only complaint was that one of the chests would not open for us to put our clothes in. But we understood the humidty issues that beach dide homes have.

Had a great time just a few suggestions. New lamps shade. And think would look great to pull up carpet in hall and retouch paint in hall and also paint doors alll different colors

Property needs updated and wasn’t clean. The floors need mopping and shower was very slippery.

Economical stay

The condo has a weird smell to to it. There were not enough bath towels for a family of 4, had to wash them daily and also you should bring your own toilet paper.. Only 2 rolls provided. The condo furniture is dated and it’s kind of dark and gloomy inside. Again, it’s an economical stay for a family but wouldn’t stay here again.

Great stay - Better Location

Had friends and teammates from school baseball team staying at much more expensive properties, like Phoenix 10, etc. and dollar to donuts this condo on the beach has everything you need and nothing you don’t -and an added touch of home the bbq’s are awesome, for a nice home cooked meal at the beach. The building and common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting to use, pool, bbq area etc. the balconies are a plus with a great view of the ocean. This particular condo was very updated and comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Highly recommend…. Will visit here again next year!
