My Stay

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Only had a few issues...bunk bed was not sturdy and had to buy a blow up mattress, master bath sink did not drain with stopper in, and elevators were down most of the time. I don't like to give negative feedback. These few things would not keep us from staying here again. The condo was in a great location.

Great location

The place is very clean and in a great location, especially beach access. The unit definitely needs some updates but was overall still a nice stay. If you plan to stay more than 2 days be sure to bring your own paper products, dish soaps and trash bags because only one of each is provided.

Relaxing late summer getaway

Great location, beautiful beach, close to OB and GS. Went walking every morning, felt very safe. Condo was a bit dated, not all plug-ins worked. Tripped GFI if running blow dryers in both bathrooms.

You found it!!

From booking to checkout you will be satisfied!! The view is outstanding and the beds are amazing! We have three boys and they all had their own bed with one being the pullout and the other two stayed on the bunk beds. Grandma and grandpa stayed in the large master bedroom with a great view! My wife and I stayed in the other bedroom and it was so nice!! Steps away from the elevator. Super easy access to the pools. The pools are outstanding and our boys could not get enough of swimming in them. The outdoor pool at night has a great ambiance. Access to the gorgeous beach is just steps over the board walk from the pool. Two outdoor showers make for easy sand removal and the grills are in great working condition. We were very pleased with this condo and I would recommend this to anyone who wants very clean accommodations with easy access to the pools and the beach! The only thing we did not like about this condo was leaving!!

We stay at Harbour Place every summer!

Great small place. Not too crowded on beaches because it's not a giant high rise. Nice family feel and they have cats outside that are there every year that are rescues. We call it the kitty condo!

The Condo

Well,we came to the property and the floors were black. We had to go to Walmart and get a swifter and we mop the whole condo. The bunkbeds we’re Very on sturdy. The Kitchen counter was broken. The TV in the kids room was broken. The The electric plates were either missing or they were not there. I give the Condo a Rating of “Terrible”

Wonderful Location

This condo was very close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The beachfront location was ideal to easily get down to the water. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for our family.

Love the location!! Right on the beach🏖. We arrived to a supposedly clean condo. There was sand all over the floors, no dish towels or dish rags had to go to Dollar General to buy them. Condo sleeps eight they give you eight bath towels and four wash rags…. The pool was amazing the kids enjoyed it very much. Overall we had a great seven day vacation at the beach.
