The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is equally delightful, with a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a serene retreat after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is designed with fun and flexibility in mind, equipped with a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, making it an ideal space for kids or extra guests.

The living room, the heart of the condo, is both stylish and comfortable, featuring a flat-screen TV and a sofa sleeper. It's the perfect place to gather, relax, and create memories with your loved ones. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it suitable for families, couples, or a group of friends.

Great vacation - “meh” condo

If you’re looking for easy beach access (and I would recommend Ike’s beach service for chairs!) and an unbeatable view - this is the condo for you. If you’re looking for a comfortable bed and clean furniture…this might not be your cup of tea. Shower curtain had a blood smear, our bed had several pieces of hair on the sheets, the furniture was FILTHY, the master bedroom door frame was broken (but, to their credit, the closet was full of repair material), a kitchen cabinet was hanging by the hinges, and the main bedroom bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. The worst. So hard that I didn’t even sleep the first three nights (the last two night I was too tired to stay mad, LOL). Also, the guest room TV didn’t work and the cable box for the main tv didn’t work (which wasn’t a huge deal since we brought our FireStick), I’m not sure this is a “Liquid Life” issue since they’re simply managing someone else’s property - but I would be willing to guess the actual owners haven’t stepped foot in there in years. Twice we had maintenance stop by when our teens were alone in the condo, and they had the sense to not come in since adults weren’t home (which we were grateful). Pros: check in/check out was easy peasy, Liquid Life is simply a phone call away, and there is a terrific restaurant just a short walk across the street. We might use Liquid Life again…but not this particular condo.

Good location. Very nice ocean view. The rooms were good size. Easy to get to the beach. The top wrack on the dish washer was broken and would not hold very many items. The fridge door would not shut right causing water to build up in the fridge. Other than those small things the place was great.

Beautiful but could use some TLC

Overall we enjoyed our stay!! The condo has an awesome view of the gulf, beautiful balcony/patio to relax on & is in a great location!! It definitely could use updates & most absolutely could be cleaned better. The floors were filthy & your feet/socks were instantly black from walking on it. The ice maker never worked, the electric can opener did not work & the refrigerator door seal is bad so the door would not close tightly, leaving it sweating & messy inside. The folding doors for the laundry area did not stay on the track & continually fell off. We rented through Liquid Life & I feel that they really should elaborate a bit more on the regulations of the condo such as having to wear a yellow rubber bracelet at all times, your are not allowed to have any food or beverages at the pool, the parking passes are not included in your fees, & that you can only have 2 vehicles on site. I had inquired prior to our arrival with Liquid Life on how much the parking passes were & I was told that one parking pass was included in our rental & we would need to purchase the others when we arrived. However, when we arrived we were told that is not accurate & we had to purchase them. The condo slept 8 & we had 4 couples that drove in 3 vehicles. Thankfully the condo manager was generous enough to let us have a 3rd vehicle. These are things that should be in the information prior to renting.

Great location

Overall this property was nice. Good location, nice to have two different pool options and beach front! My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. The beds were clean, however, the floors were filthy. Our feet and/or socks would get black from walking around.

Family Vacation

Location was perfect. We took my 84 yr old mom & everything was easy to get to & the condo was laid out perfect for our family. Master was on one side & the other two bedrooms on the other side. My husband gets up early, so layout worked. He did not disturb the others. Could have used a good vacuum & a dish cloth for washing dishes. Furniture in living room could use an update. Overall quiet & would recommend.

Great Family Vacation

The property was well maintained and clean. Pool was nice. Short boardwalk to the beach. Condo in the middle of great restaurants. Our family stayed in 3 condos for the week and we all had a wonderful time.

Fun on the beach

Check in was an issue. Confirmation email at booking says check in is at 3. The evening before I received an email saying check in could be as late as 5:30. I had already scheduled a grocery delivery for 4 and it was too late to change or reschedule. They did let us in long enough to get the cold food put away but we couldn't actually check in until 5:30. Floors were dirty. We had to wear socks even on the first night right after the cleaning crew was there in order to not have black feet. The condo was roomy and just right for our group. We enjoyed the pool, beach and watching the dolphins in the morning from the balcony. I would stay here again but would plan on a delay in check in process.

Our condo was great and the view was awesome! The condo had a fully equipped kitchen, beds were very comfortable and everything was immaculate on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to dine on the balcony.

The check in process on site was not organized. It was days before anyone was in the front desk to purchase our parking passes and we was constantly worried our vehicle would get towed. We called all numbers available on site and could not get a direct answer. Finally the day before we were scheduled to leave, someone was there and the security officer finally decided to work and left 4 warnings on our vehicle in one night. The security officer was also extremely rude as our children were planning in the pool and he made a rude comment for them to not touch a net cleaner propped up on the wall. His tone was unprofessional and rude to be talking to small children and was not appreciated after the amount of money you pay to stay somewhere and considering the age of children he was talking to. Other than all of this on site, the beach was beautiful and the room was very clean. We went at the perfect time with beautiful weather and not crowded anywhere. We could watch dolphins jumping every evening from our balcony. I would stay again, but would call ahead and address parking before even arriving to ensure someone will actually be there working as this was stressful.

Highly recommend this oceanfront condo!

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor kiddie pool (connected to the regular pool) was great for my 1 and 3 year old. We could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony every morning. It’s in a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and Walmart. The building and amenities were really clean as well. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice condo and the property management team is Great. My only complaint would be the for the cleaning crew. We had used q-tips under one of the beds and when we moved a night stand over a little to set up a pack-n-play there was a lot of sand under it. For the price you pay for cleaning (almost half the price of the rental) and guaranteed cleanliness, this was a bit of a disappointment. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Will Book Again

The pools and beach access are perfect, the room was clean, the beds were comfy. The balcony view was awesome, saw dolphins every morning. The balcony bars were small enough in width my 1 year old could crawl out with us without risk of falling. Couldn’t ask for a better condo to book for the whole family.

Rent the property through vrbo was not difficult, once we selected the condo we wanted liquidlife retail started taking our payment. All was great until we showed up to check in. When we showed up to check in the lady in the office was very rude, she told us that only three cars could be on the property witch was fine but she was very hateful about it, also she told us only 8 people could stay in the condo, we had nine and listed all nine people when booking. She told us that one of us would not be able to stay, I showed her my receipt that showed that nine people were to stay and she called the manager and we all got to stay but she tried to make it out that it was my fault when i didn’t try to sneak anyone in everyone was listed from the very beginning. Driving 9 hours to this location we were very excited to get there until we had to deal with the check in person, after we finally got checked in with everyone in the party and found somewhere for the third car to park for the weekend it was great. The condo was very clean and roomy. We loved the view from the balcony and overall after check in we had a wonderful vacation
