    Freshly painted with contemporary quartz countertops and luxurious LVP flooring, this condo offers a modern and welcoming ambiance. The Primary suite, designed for relaxation, features a comfortable King bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is cozy with a Queen bed, ideal for unwinding after a beach day. In the third bedroom, two Queen beds offer additional sleeping space, making this condo perfect for families or groups. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment.

    The living area is both spacious and stylish, with new furniture, including a sleeper sofa for extra guests. A flat-screen TV in the living room makes it a great spot for movie nights or just relaxing.

    CLEAN BED PROMISE
    Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    PARKING
    Parking pass(es) must be purchased online directly through Phoenix VII. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions that includes a link to register your vehicle and complete your parking pass purchase.

    MONTHLY RENTALS
    The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed the location of the property. The condo was very spacious and the room layout was nice. All the amenities were great and the elevator’s were pretty fast. Would definitely stay at the phoenix VII again.

Great Spot

This condo is in a really great location with nice amenities. We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy some family time and we were not disappointed Condo had a couple downfalls, the beds are not very comfortable and I didn’t feel like we had enough towels and necessities (toilet paper, dish washing detergents, etc) for 7 adults.

Family Girls Trip!

The condo was beautiful! Plenty of space, the view from the balcony was amazing! Got to see dolphins 😁. The carts for groceries and luggage were easy accessible. The walk to and from beach/pools were easy. Had a couple maintenance issues but property management took care of them and made it right. Will definitely be back again!

Wonderful Experience

The condo was very clean. We had trouble with the shower not draining. Call on a Sunday and the repair man was there that afternoon. I was very impressed. I would rent there again.

Great girls weekend!

The room was a perfect size for the 9 of us. The beds were comfy and the unit was decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. The only complaints I have is there was not enough towels for all of us and we had to do several loads of laundry to keep them washed. And I didn’t realize we would have to pay $110 for 2 parking passes.

The condo had a great view of the beach. Had some lighting issues that couldn’t get straightened out. The floors needed a good mopping. Couldn’t get into until almost 4:30pm on check in day. Overall was a good condo, but had minor issues.

It is a fantastic property just be aware that you may smell the smoking of your neighbors.

The property in and of itself was wonderful. Beautiful beachfront views. All of us enjoyed the cleanliness and beauty of the property. We had 7 of us and it was great. The only downside was the neighbors, whether owners or vacationers I have no idea, would be out smoking on the balcony as early as 5:30 AM and then throughout the morning and day so we couldn't really enjoy the ocean air from the balcony. I am an early riser and so it didn't help. I spoke to the onsite property group and they said smoking on the balconies was not allowed, but rather than try and police the neighbors we just put our attention elsewhere as the area is so beautiful.

Beach trip August 2023

Check in process was very easy with good communication with the staff. Location was convenient to local shops and restaurants. The condo layout was very nice and roomy. There were a few things a would recommend to the cleaning staff. The master shower had mold/mildew in the bottom of the tile. The bed sheets on the pull out sofa had not been cleaned and had food and sand all over them. They had a clean bed sheet guarantee slip laying on the kitchen table when we arrived. So we were disappointed about the sheets on the pullout sofa being dirty.Other than that we really liked the condo. Just needed to be cleaned better.

Needs repair!

We stayed here last year and loved it. This year there was a lot of repairs that needed to be fix. Our bathroom door wouldn’t latch. The ice maker didn’t work. The dish washer didn’t work. One of the tvs didn’t work. We called maintenance. They got back to us two days later. They brought in a tv. Supposedly they fixed the ice maker and dishwasher. They didn’t get either fixed. This is my first bad review. I hope the owners are aware of the problems.

Best Vacation Ever

This condo is amazing, beautifully decorated, and clean. The beds slept comfortably. It was a very spacious unit with plenty of room for our family of 6. The property managers were amazing about checking on us throughout our stay. We even made a last minute decision to ask about an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. They immediately responded and allowed us to stay. We had several family members staying in 3 other units on the property at the same time, and everyone agreed this unit was the BEST!
