    Nuestra unidad 3BR / 3BA tiene aproximadamente 1800 pies cuadrados en el edificio 'D' de la parte noroeste en el piso 9. Puede sentarse en su balcón y disfrutar de la vista perfecta de los atardeceres diarios sobre el agua. También tiene una gran vista de los resbalones del barco y de ver todos los barcos que entran y nuestro ePass. También tiene una buena vista del área de la piscina de 3 niveles entre los edificios C y D.

    Nuestra unidad tiene 3BR / 3BA y es una unidad muy espaciosa. Las camas de las habitaciones son las siguientes: Master BR (King Bed), BR # 2 (Queen Bed) y BR # 3 (Twin Beds). Tiene todas las encimeras de granito en todas las habitaciones y baños. Tiene todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (Kitchen Aid) en la cocina. También tiene una barra para tragos con encimera de granito con refrigerador / refrigerador para vinos y máquina para hacer hielo de 35 galones (para la playa o la piscina). El cuarto de lavado tiene una lavadora / secadora de gran eficiencia. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores LCD grandes de alta definición con Direct TV y más de 110 canales (incluidos HBO) y reproductores de DVD. También contamos con Internet de alta velocidad T1 gratis. Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad también está disponible y es gratuito en el área del lobby / atrio.

    Hay muchas cosas que hacer en Caribe Resort: juegue al tenis, practique su puesta (golf), Bacce Ball, área de juegos para niños, saunas (secas y humidificadas), entrenamiento (sala de pesas grandes y máquinas de ejercicios), varias piscinas ( Calefaccionada en el interior o al aire libre (con toboganes grandes y rápidos), gran flotador en el río lento, bañeras de hidromasaje (varias) y, lo más importante, las hermosas playas.

    También hay un Deli en el lado oeste del edificio 'D'. Esto sirve sándwiches, helados, etc. Junto a Deli, hay una nueva sala de juegos donde puedes jugar videojuegos (Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, Play Station 3, etc. con pantallas de TV LCD grandes) durante todo el día por un módico precio. La sala de juegos está abierta de 1000 am a 600 pm (días laborables) y de 1000 am a 900 pm (fines de semana).

The property was very spacious and inviting. It was located at a centralized location near the beach and several restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation. Melissa was excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to our next stay.

Summer family vacation

We enjoyed our week at the Caribe Resort in OBA! Our host was great and responded quickly to any need we had. The Caribe is our favorite place to stay!

Fun spot

Very convenient location for two families with young kids. Loved watching the boats on the bay and the shuttle to the beach was fun for the kids as well as convenient! This particular condo was very nice and perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids.

Amazing family vacation

We had a great time from beginning communications with the owner and the rooms and accommodations! We had 4 grandkids with us who had plenty of room. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean and plenty of room for our group of 7. The owner was always available and helped when we needed it. We will most definitely be staying here again!

The stay was great. The only complaint is, my daughter left some expensive shoes in the room.Apparently the housekeeper didn’t find them. I informed the host. Still no shoes.

Owner was wonderful! Very easy to communicate with about stay details. Parking spot was the best. Caribe had a lot to offer for our wide range of ages and was overall well maintained. Some things could use a little more maintenance and seemed aged as compared to newer resorts but had no impact to our stay. The Caribe was a little confusing to navigate at first (i.e. what elevators or stairs do we take, where is this located exactly) but once we got the hang of it, no big deal. Lazy river was VERY lazy. So many pools and water slides and all were fun! Elevators were out of order and slow but once again no big impact. My son spent every morning and evening fishing at the marina and had the time of his life! The Caribe really has so much to offer. Didn't really make it to the beach. It's definitely not direct, easy access but the cute little trolley seemed to be rolling all day with plenty of folks enjoying the beach. Feedback on condo itself - great location with wonderful views of the marina, clean, plenty of space, nice balcony, close to elevators, etc. Only downside and none were really impactful - ice machine didn't work but ice maker in fridge did the job, master bed was a bit uncomfortable but was so relaxed from vaca slept ok anyhow, few places around the condo could use some maintenance/repairs (master shower glass was little cracked, knob on master tub was off, etc.). Overall, wonderful! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

Blue Angel Weekend

Caribe is in a perfect spot being on the bay side so there is a lot of boat activity, several different pools, so even though it is a large complex there still isn't any overcrowding. The condo itself is very nice and clean and has a wonderful view from the balcony.

Week with family

The room was just as pictured. Clean. Beautiful view of bay. My only problem was the last night of my trip was doubled booked. We had to leave with no where to go. Lost money on food we had purchased and had to spend more money on a not so nice hotel in foley (the only One we could find).

Beautiful view, place was clean and very spacious.

Hostess was very sweet. She made sure we had everything and that check in went smooth. She also called and made sure we were okay after a storm went thru. Would definitely book this condo for another beach trip in the future.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful views!! This was our 5th stay at the Caribe bc we love this complex and Orange Beach. This unit was our favorite because of the view. We spent hours watching all the boats from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and as always pools were super fun. Check in process was the easiest we have ever had. We loved it!
