Welcome to Grand Caribbean 413, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story condo and the largest unit at Grand Caribbean. With vaulted ceilings, high-end furnishings, and a wraparound balcony offering breathtaking Gulf views, this top-floor retreat accommodates up to 12 guests and is perfect for a memorable beach getaway.

The spacious living area features a brand-new sectional sofa (with a queen pull-out bed), a 75' Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 10' breakfast bar, and every essential for cooking and dining. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats seven, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings.

The Primary suite offers a King bed, an electric fireplace, Gulf views, and private balcony access, along with an en suite bath featuring granite counters and a tub/shower combo. A main-level guest room includes a Queen bed, balcony access, and Gulf views, while the upper-level bedroom, located in the "cupola," features two Queen beds, a Twin-over-Twin bunk, and an en suite bath. A private laundry area with a washer and dryer adds convenience for extended stays.

Step onto the expansive wraparound balcony to enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Grand Caribbean offers a delightful blend of convenience and relaxation for your beach vacation. Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Grand Caribbean. You will receive a link to register prior to arrival.

The home was beautifully decorated and more than enough space for everyone to move about. The location was perfect for us to visit OWA and the beach, as well as numerous eating choices. We had nearly everything we needed at hands reach. The only we were missing were extra garbage bags and salt and pepper lol. We will definitely be back.

This is a very nice condo we did experience some roaches we called and they came and sprayed But VRBO changed me 155 dollars we didn’t go through them it was Liquid Life and they were very good to work with will go straight through them next time i found this condo on VRBO.It was a very nice condo would rent it again

Disappointed

I purchased an additional parking pass for my jetski over the phone the person I spoke with said no problem and charged me 55 dollars for it, however on our 2nd day the jetski was Booted and it cost us 350 dollars to get it taken off, and of course not reimbursement.

Great condo!

We stay for the Sand in my Boots festival. Beach access across the road. Pool area was fun too, had a Bluetooth speaker on the wall you can connect to. We visited the beachfront restaurant across the street. It was perfect for what we needed! Would rent again!
