    BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

    RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

    NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

    AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

    CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

    CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

    MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

    PARKING PASSES: 1 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

    CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Great stay

My first time staying with Beachball properties. I was impressed how clean and well kept my room was at four winds. Everything I could need was there. A nice touch was the care boxes with essential items. The Panama jack box was nice. My room had nice up to date appliances and decore was nice. I could not want anything more. I will come back on my next vacation. 5 stars.

Could not close the bedroom door as bed was in the way. This is NOT code. There was no curtain for the patio door and pool lights lit up the room! Mostly clean.

Great location

Great location. The property as a whole was clean and maintained. The unit itself was clean and is designed to make the most of the space but it is old. We would stay at this same property again but would choose something with newer furnishings (mattresses) and some updates.

We have stayed at Four Winds for many years, unfortunately this room was a miss and we will not rent through this company again. Check in was at 4, but when we arrived at 4 with cold groceries the cleaning crew was still there. We were able to get in around 4:10, but the floors were still very wet from just being mopped. Not ideal with two young kids and trying to bring all our stuff inside. Upon unpacking I noticed there were no clothes hangers in the closet and a clearly used and unwashed blanket just rolled up and stuffed inside. In the bathroom there was toothpaste smeared on the wall behind one of the doors and an earring left on the counter. Clearly the counter was not wiped down properly. Huge brown stain on living room ceiling. Broken door for laundry area. The dryer took hours and multiple cycles to dry. No curtains for the balcony windows so you could see straight inside at night from the outside. Lastly our smoke detector started chirping on Monday like it needed a new battery. I contacted the company and we were told they would let the maintenance department know and someone would come by to take care of it. No one ever showed up even though I contacted them again on Tuesday about it and today (Thursday) when we checked out it’s still chirping.

review of four winds 403

furniture needs to be replaced as it is worn and uncomfortable. no stopper in bathtub so children could not take a bath. kitchen was very nice. beds comfortable. tile needs updating. pool was great. beachball property was great to work with and would do so again and tell my friends and family how great they are.

Needs a deep clean

Condo was nice but needed a good deep clean. The room had a musty smell, which I believe to be coming from a leaking pipe in the bathroom. You could see water puddle on the ceiling while taking a shower and there was black mold on the walls. Every other unit had nice patio furniture, where this one had old broken plastic furniture. The mattresses on the pull out sofas were very uncomfortable. The gates to the pool were very hard to get in and one often stopped working.
