"Windward Pointe #1003 is a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf Front condo located on the 10th floor in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. Offering breathtaking views and spacious accommodations for up to 8 guests, this well-appointed retreat is perfect for your next beach getaway.

The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials needed to prepare everything from a light beach snack to a full dinner with family and friends. The open-concept layout flows easily into the dining and living areas, creating the ideal space for cooking, dining, and making memories—complete with a dining table and additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the Gulf Front balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two full beds—perfect for additional guests. These two rooms share a hall-accessible full bathroom. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV for added comfort and entertainment.

Nice amenities , good location

Close to everything, easy walk to beach, nice pool and kiddie pool. Elevators were in working order and we never waited long. Fully stocked kitchen , not just bare minimum, which was nice. Decent amount of towels (we had 4 adults and 3 kids). Easy check in/out procedure. Minimal decor, very nice, functional living area. Overall, would book again if we go back to orange beach.

nice but a few issues

The condo was very nice. We did have some issues though: (1) The toilet in the guest bathroom was running loudly non-stop. The office was very quick and helpful in fixing it. However, after they fixed it from running, it still would not flush strongly. (2) Also, the office apparently did not have our stay dates correct, and we were LOCKED OUT of the condo because they changed the code while we were there! Thankfully, I had my phone and was able to call them. They had to send a new code. I don't know what would have happened if I would not have had my phone! (3) We were not told that there was a pool gate/indoor pool code ahead of time. That would have been helpful to have been told at check-in instead of us getting all the way down there without knowing a code. We didn't know we were supposed to look in the red notebook in the condo to find it. (4) The reason I gave a 3 on cleanliness was because the floors were very dirty, and the balcony had not been swept. It had big piles of sand on it. Sorry to sound so negative. Overall, we had a great time.

Awful

We were never told about the construction in the building. Pool was closed. Noise level was out of control. Couldn’t be out on the balcony at all because there was so much debris everywhere. Would never stay again. Property manager was horrible too, wouldn’t help at all.

Quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We were suppose to stay until Sunday, but had a death in the family and had to leave 2 days into our trip. Kitchen needs a little attention but otherwise very enjoyable.

Awesome property ! Right on the beach!

Very nice and clean property! There could have been better shower pressure , but otherwise everything was perfect! Loved the balcony !!! We will definitely come back again

Great location, lots of space, great price

The property was exactly as advertised. Very spacious. Management was very helpful and accommodating. 10th floor was perfect to relax on patio and listen to the water. We will definitely consider their properties again.

4 Day getaway

The condo was a bit dated but very clean and well stocked. We had a 3 year old in a wheelchair and she loved the big balcony. The 3rd bedroom with the 2 full beds needs new mattresses but the other rooms were great. We had an amazing time.
