Welcome to Diamonds and Pearls, a luxury Orange Beach vacation home located in the sought-after, beachside Cottages at Romar community. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Diamonds and Pearls welcomes you with coastal chic interiors, a large community pool, and a boardwalk just steps away.

Offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as additional hallway bunks, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Diamonds and Pearls features include a fully stocked kitchen and expansive seating to accommodate the whole family. With 3 chairs at the dining room table and 4 more at the bar, this Orange Beach vacation home is perfect for getting the family together to enjoy a hot meal. What's more, Cottages at Romar offers a private boardwalk with dedicated beach access spanning over 500 feet of sugar-sand beaches. The large community pool is centered in an oversized courtyard adorned with palm trees and lush landscaping.

Upon entry to the first floor of Diamonds and Pearls, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking the wrap-around porch with indirect views of the white sandy beaches and clear waters that the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for. The main bedroom, appointed with a king bed and en suite bathroom, is also located on the first floor, along with a powder room right off the kitchen. The second floor includes 2 more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and hallway bunk beds. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus flat-screen TVs in the living area and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Diamonds and Pearls in the Cottages at Romar community is best booked directly through our website. There is 1 dedicated parking space and 2 overflow spaces, for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest.

We loved our stay. This is our second time at Cottages at Romar but our first stay in this home. We loved the wrap around porch, pool area and the beach. The home had ample kitchen supplies for our meals at home (and every appliance you’d ever need), washer and dryer and ample hot water for multiple showers in a row. Don’t hesitate to book here!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house and its location. The house was very clean and comfortable. If we had any questions or concerns, the Kaiser management responded quickly. Being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes was a real bonus! The wrap around porch was wonderful especially since we could see the beach from it.

Great beach vacation

This house was great and as advertised. The kitchen was awesome and very well stocked with everything we needed. This was our second stay at Cottages at Romar and this community is wonderful. The pool is amazing and it is such a short walk to the beach which is pristine. We will be back!

Wonderful

I love the Cottages at Romar, this is my second stay. The homes are in a gated community which provides a safe family, friendly atmosphere. The beach homes are all nice and well-maintained by Kaiser property management. Their team is always happy to assist you. Example: my son accidentally locked the master bedroom door and they sent maintenance out immediately to unlock the door. The maintenance guy was very nice and had the door unlocked in no time. The home is lovely and as described. We donated 5 new beach chairs and a beach umbrella to this home because we didn’t have enough room to bring them home. Hopefully, the next family can enjoy them as well. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your beautiful beach house. My family enjoyed this vacation, and we are already planning our next trip to Cottages at Romar.

Great location to the beach

Beach side location with a short walk and a private neighborhood pool made for a great vacation for our family. The house has a nice wrap around porch to enjoy the breeze and overall was a great place to explore orange beach and gulf shores. Host was communicative with helpful details.
