    Situated on a wide stretch of sugar white sand beach, this bright, comfortable, ocean view condo is the perfect family get away! Enjoy your morning coffee on the private beach-side view balcony, spend your day enjoying the beautiful beach just steps from your unit, or relax at the large pool right at the dunes.

    This fully equipped condo has all of the conveniences of home. Queen bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, queen-size sofa sleeper. Third floor units have a cathedral ceiling in living room which adds to the spacious feel of our unit.

    Other amenities include an elevator to this top (3rd) floor unit, large oceanfront saltwater heated swimming pool, and adjoining sundeck. Three BBQ grills are located right near the covered deck area with picnic tables. The complex has covered parking, with two vehicles allowed per unit. One parking pass included in rental total. Condo is conveniently located close to golf, state park, grocery stores, discount shopping, restaurants, water/amusement parks, and fast food. Lyft drivers more prevalent in the area than Uber. The City of Gulf Shores operates a drop-off recycling facility at 160 W. 36th Avenue. All items must be sorted into the proper bins.
    NO pets.
    At least one renter must be 25 or older.

The host was very good. The beach view was as stated. Checking in and out was very easy. Location was good. Parking was very good. There was a lot to do in the area and the visitor center was close by. Gulf State Park was very close. Daily shopping needs are close by. The condo building was quiet. The carts were a big help in moving in and out. Beach equipment was available. We would recommend this unit.

Wonder Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! It was great to be at a place that has its own beach so that I did not have to worry about my kids crossing the street! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation spot

We had a wonderful time staying here. Condo is very clean and conveniently located to beach, shops, restaurants, etc. loved the low density building. Cindi had everything we needed and hosts were wonderful. Very easy to communicate with.

We live just a short distance away, but wanted a nice beach getaway. Although the weather wasn’t very cooperative the property was nice and peaceful. It was convenient to everything and a very short walk to the beach.

Room was great! Everything was clean and in working order. Kitchen had everything we needed. For being peak season, price was great as well. No complaints at all! We will stay here again if at all possible!!!

This unit was very clean. The beach and pool areas are very nice. Not really walkable to anything but you can get most anything within a mile or so. Owner was very communicative and responsive.

All condos are at least one flight of stairs above ground level. The elevator was not available and We had two elderly and a toddler to negotiate the stairs all our stay.

Perfect extended weekend

The property was not far from other activities. Elevator did not take long once you pressed the button. The condo was clean and a/c kept the temperature it was set to. Will be staying there again on our next beach trip.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing trip! The location of this property is so good! The carts that are provided to help you get your stuff to your condo are the best thing ever. We had a lot of stuff (we cooked almost every meal). The condo was so quiet. If there was any noise at night at all we never heard it! We would rent this condo again!
