Come see why this 10th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 10th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

It was great. The cleanliness was okay. We founded popcorn and cheerios in the living room floor when we got there. Then keep finding other item during are stay like animal crackers and balloons in the bedrooms. Empty beers cans under the beds. Other than that it was great and nice stay.

We had such a wonderful stay. This is our 3rd time renting at the Phoenix condos and this is the best condo we've rented. My kids LOVED the toys and books and we appreciated how clean it was. We especially appreciated that the condo was without sharp corners on the furniture and breakable decor! The building facilities are in great shape. Highly recommend. Everything about our stay went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

5 stars – Perfect for a Large Group!We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! It was perfect for our large group—spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together. The location was ideal, just steps from the beach, and everything was exactly as described. Great Views and Great Location

Loved the condo! It was stocked with all our basic needs and more. Beautiful view. Easy access. Any questions I had, they were quick to get back to me.I rated cleanliness a 4. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness. The furniture could use a steam cleaning. There were noticeable stains. Nothing terrible.

Great Family Spring Break!

The inside space was amazing for a family… and right on the beach. All the conveniences of home… especially in the kitchen! Just make sure to bring your own beach towels!
