Beachfront Condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico!

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico. You can't get much closer to the beach than this. Sit on the balcony that look directly at the sand and waves and watch the dolphins play! Amazing views of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has soft close cabinets, quartz counter tops, smooth surface stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. No carpet in this unit - tile throughout. The complex has a heated swim through indoor/outdoor pool, jetted hot tub, grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills, covered and open parking, and shaded picnic area. It’s located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is in close proximity to the many local attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, amusement parks, water sports, boating, fishing, and more. Talk about convenience - you can walk straight across the street for Fresh Steamed Seafood available at Lartigue’s Fresh Seafood Market. You can bring it back to the condo and eat on the balcony. Also - Grocery Stores, great restaurants, and local marinas are nearby. Cotton Bayou, which includes a public boat launch, is near. This condo is not a big high-rise complex and it is perfectly located! You will be hard pressed to find another unit this close to the Gulf. Not only are you on the beach, you are only steps away from having your feet in the sand and water.

The condo itself was clean and in great shape, but the rest of the facilities seemed to be starting to get a little worn down. Elevators wobbled, creacked and groaned more than expected. There were a ton of dogs on the beach which is not supposed to be allowed and I almost stepped in a large pile of dog feces as someone did not pick up after their dog. The Gulf never disappoints!!

Beautiful beach front condo with a short walk to the beach. A coworker and I stayed three nights while attending a work conference in the area. The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. I would definitely stay again at this lovely condo in the future.

Beautiful condo overall. The building is older, the hallway not inviting, only 1 elevator, and the pool wasn’t as nice. For the overall price, we were happy with our unit. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Right on the Gulf as advertised and close to restaurants.

Family Vacation

Check in was easy and condo was actually ready early. Owner did communicate that it was ready early and let us check in early so that was super nice. It's a cozy comfortable condo with a great view. It could use new rugs and pots/pans for they are showing wear but condo was well cleaned. The elevator was very slow but it was a busy week. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely stay here again. It is in a perfect location to everything you will need.

4th of July Weekend

Our 3 night stay for the holiday weekend was perfect! Nice to stay at a smaller complex because the beach was not too crowded even for the 4th. Condo is as described, the beds were comfortable would stay again!

The condo was bright and airy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the living room and master bedroom was amazing! Great proximity to stairs and elevator. Comfortable bed. Hot shower with great water pressure. This condo was the best we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again!!

Gulf Get-Away

Great property at Orange Beach overlooking the beach. Nice, plentiful accommodations with towels that were like new. Everything was sparkling clean! More seating than needed for two people and loved the patio seating secured with tables where I could gaze across the Gulf. No complaints but did miss having a full mirror attached somewhere. No clock other than the microwave/range but who needs one while on beach time. I've stayed many times at this complex both beachfront & side view but this was my favorite unit! It is definitely a 5 star!

For most all was clean but kitchen. Upon arrival stove, back splash, and upper cabnets was greasy and dirty. The rest of the place was perfect. It's like the cleaning services just over looked this area.

Fabulous

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. It is beautiful inside! Updated everything! Comfy beds. Everything you could want. The view is amazing!! Very quiet at night. The host is wonderful, quick response to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this property and location. It is a smaller property so the beach is not too crowded. Wonderful vacation !!!

Wonderful and relaxing

Perfect!!

The property was beautiful. Accurately described. Views of the beach and water were great! The condo was lovely and spotlessly cleaned. Check in was seamless. Couldn’t have been better. The condo was quiet and peaceful.

Amazing beach-view condo!

My husband and I stayed in this unit for our wedding and it was excellent! We had family staying in other units in this condo and this one was updated, light, and bright compared to others. LOVED the balcony and beach view! Easy access to the beach. The older members of our family appreciated that the boardwalk didn't have steps and was a ramp. There was some issue with a construction occurring on a unit near us (removing tile from a balcony with a jackhammer) that was VERY loud for a few hours on two of the days. However Shane was able to figure out what was going on and inform us of when they would be done. It slightly disrupted our first day since we had been traveling and wanted to take a nap but we also realize that construction is a risk you take when you travel during off season! We appreciated Shane's quick responses. The condo had all the expected basics.
