Location, location, location! Enjoy the less crowded west end of Orange Beach in this beautiful ground floor unit at Palm Beach. Steps away from the beach or pool. Excellent unit for families with children or adults who no longer enjoy navigating elevators or stairways.

Our family-oriented Palm Beach unit is perfectly located in the low-density Palm Beach complex near the state park area. The spacious unit has three bedrooms and two baths. The large master king bedroom with an ocean view has an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate whirlpool tub. The middle queen bedroom is located with an excellent view of the beautifully landscaped pool area. The third bedroom has a queen bed as well. There is a nice size full bath shared by the second and third bedrooms. The pullout sofa in the large den area assist in accommodating up to eight guests. Also, small blow-up twin matrices are available in the third bedroom closet if needed for smaller children in lieu of using the pull-out sofa.

The large open kitchen, den, and dining area is beautifully decorated and includes granite kitchen countertops and plenty of seating for family fun. Great view from this area of the condo! Den and all bedrooms have cable ready televisions.

Condo was located in a quiet area of Orange Beach. If you are OK driving most places or eating at the condo, it’s a great spot. Ground floor unit is perfect for going back and forth to the beach. The beach was pretty clean. There is a decent amount of erosion, so be prepared to step down to get into the water. The complex is a low-rise, so it’s much easier to navigate and more relaxing than the high-rise complexes.Plenty of comfortable seating for our family of five with three teens. The condo was big enough that everyone could have their own space when they needed it. The pool between C&D wings was comfortably heated even in cooler weather.The beds were comfortable. However, the listing says there are two twins in one of the rooms and that is not accurate. There is a double bed in each guest room.Property was surface clean, but it needs a deep clean in spots. Grout in master shower and around the base of the shower were gross. I wouldn’t get in the jetted tub. There were several other areas that needed some deeper cleaning (microwave, stove, laundry closet, washer/dryer).We arrived around 5:45 on a Friday night and the door code would not work. It took us well over an hour to get a call back from the owner. We went to dinner, so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience, but I’ve definitely had better communication and attentiveness from other hosts.It’s not a “Wow, this is amazing,” kind of place for us, but it was a solid last minute option and was a good value.

This room was pretty and the convenient! You walk out the back door and you are 10 steps away from the pool and 5 steps away from the beach ramp. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. I would say my only 2 gripes were there was no hot water in the kitchen sink and the WiFi was weak. But we loved it, had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Location to the pool and deck to the beach was perfect! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone, even has beach chairs which was great since we flew in. Everything you need in kitchen is there, even spices. Everything was perfect!

Awesome Room

The room was perfect for our family of 6. 4 adult and 2 kids. Being on the ground floor and right by the pool and beach boardwalk was amazing for us. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfect. We will be staying here when we come back every year for sure! The owners were so nice and the condo property was so clean and beautiful. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great Location and well kept condo

My family and I stayed in this unit for spring break this year. It’s the best unit we’ve ever stayed in, if for no other reason than the fact that we could walk right out of our door and onto the boardwalk onto the beach. If we ever needed something from the room, it was super easy to just walk back to the room and get it. No more having to carry a days worth of stuff down to the beach. No wagons needed.The condo itself was very well decorated and clean. It was comfortable for all five of us. The master bedroom was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom worked great with double sinks and a nice big shower. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and eat there. The option for the full coffee pot as well as a single serve Keurig was nice. The furniture was comfortable the dining table held six people. We really enjoyed this property and will consider it again in the future.

Excellent Stay in Every Way!

What a wonderful condo for our Orange Beach stay. Can’t beat the location with the proximity of the pool, beach and state park bike trails. Lots of space, updated flooring, newish porch furniture and an easy to communicate with owner, Steve. The updated Palm Beach boardwalks to the beach are very nice as well We are looking to come back in the future! Note: there is a 50 parking fee to park in the parking lot at this resort - we were not aware of this until we got the final info from Steve shortly before we arrived. Perhaps we missed reading about it in the unit’s description….

Home away from Home

We love this condo. It is perfect and so cozy. We were steps away from the pool and the beach on the ground floor. This is our 2nd time to stay here and it won’t be our last. Owner is so easy to talk with and quick to respond to emails.

Property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location is perfect…. Can’t necessarily see the water from back patio due to sand dunes but you are literally a few steps away from the water which was perfect. We had a nice and relaxing stay!

Beachfront Convenience: A Repeat-Worthy Stay

This condo offers convenience with direct beach access just steps from the patio. Being on the first floor enhances the ease of going to and from the beach. The condo is clean and roomy. Steve is always quick to respond to any questions. This was our second stay in this condo, and we will not hesitate booking again and look forward to returning for future trips.
