BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The actual condo was clean. Pots and utensils old and scratched. Master bath shower had chipped tile and dirty grout. Sign on the refrigerator guilting people into leaving a 5 star review. This was an ok property but not 5 star and not worth the inflated price. The management company sent 22 emails. Too many considering I only had one question. I did catch that they would send the code one hour before. When I didn’t receive that I called because I couldn’t find the original email with the code. They told me they already sent it and that I already read the email. Not very friendly.

Our family loves staying at Harbour Place. It is located in the perfect spot away from the busier traffic and close to the beach.

Stayed here in April during a cheer competition. The only issues were the tv remotes had to be reprogrammed which was a simple fix resolved promptly by staff and I did not like the elevator. It was small and seemed outdated but we had no issues out of it at all. Other than that, this place was really great. It was clean and quiet. The pools and hot tub were so enjoyable. The beach was not crowded and it was warm and beautiful for April. The beach services for umbrella and chair rental was so convenient and friendly staff. The room we had was clean and cool. Our private balcony was our favorite spot with a perfect view of the beach and the sunrise. Location is on the outskirts of town but just a short distance back to convenient businesses like 2-3 miles to Dollar General, Walmart Market, a Dairy Queen, gas station, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach with beautiful sunrises from the balcony! The unit faces east, on the side of the building with a nice view. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Parking is very convenient and we were able to park under cover during our whole stay, since it was not crowded when were there. The pools are quite small but it worked for us since it wasn't busy. We wish there was more seating provided on the deck and in the living room. There were 6 of us but only seating for 4 on the deck and the living room. There was seating for 6 at the dining table. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, but bring your own coffee filters and even salt and pepper! The beach is great and right in front of the building!! They also had washing stations to get the sand off of you and the toys.
