Come escape in this newly renovated 9th Floor Corner Condo unit. You can relax knowing everything you need is taken care of - 5 Star Bedding and luxurious decor, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach closet with beach wagon, chairs, toys, skim boards - while you step out on the 180 degree balcony and enjoy the beach, the breeze and let your worries melt away. Indoor/Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis/basketball courts. Book with us today before your dates are gone!

Master Bedroom with private enSuite bath - sliding glass doors to 180 degree balcony. Middle bedroom with enSuite bath. Second Master Bedroom with private balcony also overlooking the beach.

Large open floor plan with fully-equipped kitchen, large dining table, living area with WiFi and cable TV. All bedrooms have their own TV as well.

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo. There is a group of 6 of us that come each year so having the 3 bedrooms and 3 bath are so nice! The place is always clean and set up with accommodations. The balcony view is our favorite. Thank you for another successful trip hosting us. See you next year!

We had a great trip and enjoyed the condo and its amenities very much. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The kids loved the large selection of pool and beach toys at their disposal. Communication with the host was excellent from a week before we arrived up to after we left! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great time

Place was super nice and the loc was the best. If I had to pick one thing I did not like was they did not provide a parking pass and was told they would. That cost was 50.00 but outside of that it was super nice.

Multi generation family trip

Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach gear in the closet. Really nothing to change! We will be booking Hook, wine and sinker again soon!

Amazing balcony and quick walk to the beach!

Amazing balcony! It is a great low-density condominium that gets you to the pool and beach quickly. The condo was perfect for our two families with kids. Laura the condo manager was excellent with your responsiveness and getting things situated.

Perfect Vacation!

Very nice condo and location in Orange Beach. Laura was awesome with communication and we appreciated that so very much. Little of this and that extras just in case you needed something. View is absolutely amazing.

Great family condo

View and balcony were our favorite thing about this condo. We spent a lot of time out there. Layout was perfect for our family and kids room couldn’t have been a better fit for our 3. Checkin was a breeze and communication with manager was the best I’ve ever experienced.

What a View!

We loved this place and our only regret is we couldn't afford to stay longer. It was decorated so nicely with a contemporary, airy beach vibe without the “typical” beach decor. It had everything we (parents, three teenagers) needed: beach towels and chairs, and coffee! The place was very clean and fresh. The hot tub at the building was nice after a chilly afternoon sitting by the ocean. (The weather was cold the weekend we were there.) We liked the huge to us balcony and the wrap around view from the master bedroom was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. Can definitely recommend 100%!

Loved it!!

Loved the property and location. Great amenities. Nicely decorated. Only suggestion- maybe some lanterns or candles for outside table-so you can see without the harsh outdoor light. Also it’s great to have a table that seats 6- but maybe a wooden table with the elements. The table was peeling everywhere and black paint sticks to everyone.

Perfect beach getaway

The condo is nicely decorated, with comfy beds and good size TVs. The wrap around patio is the star of the show, of course. Our visit was just my husband and me, but it would be a great space for a family.

Very nice condo on a orange Beach!

From the days prior to arrival, Laura was on top of it all to make sure everything was good to go! She was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and after arrival. The view from this particular unit is phenomenal! Large balcony was also a plus! The 2 bedrooms that have access to balcony’s both have king beds! The 3rd room is a bunk bed and also has its own bathroom! I would definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely Perfect

This condo is beautifully decorated! It was perfect for our family. We were a group of 2 adults and 3 teens. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was so nice. The linens are top-notch, and the mattresses were so comfy. The balcony is huge with wonderful ocean views. It is an easy walk to the beach, and having the beach wagon, chairs and boogie boards available was a plus! Yes, there are currently exterior renovations being done, but it really did not bother us because we were out on the beach by the time they started. We would definitely stay here again.
