After Dune Delight !!!

Enjoy warm white sand beach and sparkling emerald blue-green waters are just steps away. Our condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. In 2022 - New Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Hot Water Heater, Shower/Tub, Toilet, interior Doors, and balcony Chairs.

Seaside is known as a family friendly condo on the beach. The wide beaches are accessible by dune over walkways for all of your beach side pleasures. Seaside features two outdoor swimming pools and an outdoor shower. There's also a grassy lawn area outfitted with comfortable chairs—a perfect spot to read a book, relax or even enjoy a picnic lunch. This resort destination comes with many more options for fun and relaxation. For those who wish to combine heart-pounding fun with fitness, on-site tennis courts are an option. An elevated wooden deck with chairs and tables is available for those who wish to watch a friendly match. An indoor pool heated throughout the year, steam room, sauna and fitness room are also part of the recreational mix at Seaside.

Our unit is a Tennis Villa located to the rear of the property adjacent the Romar Beach access with direct access and a slight view of the Gulf, convenient to elevators and stairs. Luggage carts are provided for your convenience. We take pride in providing you with a well-equipped and clean unit here at Seaside.

Condo is on gulf side and provides convenient access to beach. We walked chairs and umbrella to the beach daily. Convenient parking. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare basic meals. Blackout curtains in bedroom help mitigate early morning sunrises. Balcony provides pleasant place to eat and drink. Cold A/C and HOT water! Walmart and Publix are just a couple minutes away. Overall great value.

Simple Beach Vaca

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super close to the beach. Great views. We loved playing pickle ball at the tennis courts. Conveniently located by stores and restaurants. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable though. It was comfortable room for a few people to stay in. And very affordable. We would stay again at this location.

Fun beach weekend

We had such a great time. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for an affordable getaway that is on the beach! This small well equipped condo easily slept our group of 4 and the air conditioner worked great! The location is convenient to everything. Hope to be back soon!

Upon arrival, room looked clean, but as we got the beds ready for sleeping, the mattresses and blankets looked soiled. Living room futon is very uncomfortable, and seems almost broke.

Anniversary

My husband and stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Property was as described and advertised. The owner Tim was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. This condo was the perfect size for 2 of us. I love the location. Close to the stores for groceries. The entire complex was so peaceful even though it was almost packed. Washer and dryer in the condo meant bringing home clean clothes. The only thing I might have like were broom and dustpan. The beach just a distance side walk and broadwalk. We love that property had multiple wash off area coming back from the beach. It was a great week and the condo was great for us. We appreciated the parking pass. I would recommend to friends and family.

Great Stay

Great stay just like the previous stay the year before. Will most definitely stay again. Unsure if this is normal because I know condos aren’t very stocked with stuff like this but there was only one roll of toilet paper and we stayed 2 nights so we had to get more. Other than that great stay like always!

Property management awful

The condo was ok the owner nice and helpful but the property was very dirty and red ants on the patios and all over pool decks, mounds of ant colony’s in grass and around patios. 10pm pool closing was a bit extreme for summer, pools were cloudy and dirty. We would never stay or recommend this property again to anyone.

My significant other’s first beach trip EVER

This condo was the perfect size for the two of us! I love the location. Close to the store for groceries. The entire complex was so peaceful even though it was totally packed. Washer and dryer in the condo meant bringing home clean clothes! The only thing I might have liked was a broom. There was a dustpan but I couldn’t find a broom to sweep sand up. There is a small vacuum and I used it. We LOVED that the property has multiple wash off areas coming back from the beach. Never having to wait behind others to spray off our feet and chairs. It was just a great week and the condo was great for us.

First time in Orange Beach

Property was clean when we arrived, except for the sliding glass doors and deck. Great location, very quiet, and easy access to beach and amenities. We appreciated the parking pass. Property pictured was not Seaside Beach and Racquet Club.

Great short stay

It was a perfect place for our quick family beach trip. There is a nice balcony with a little water in the background but it doesn’t face the water. Super close access to the beach by sidewalk and boardwalk. The unit was clean and comfortable!

Disappointed on the description of property

Our trip was great and i was expecting us to be on the side of beach view. It is not our view was the strip and traffic light. The beach was just a few steps away. Our patio door was barred shut so could not set on the deck. Also they had blocked off the parking area where we were and left no places to park. Condo is small but my main disappointment was not being able to see the gulf like it says.

construction

Being awaken by hammering at 7:00 am is not a pleasant vacation. If I would have been informed of work going on rental I would of stayed somewhere else. Not very happy.
