Needs updating!

The condo was nice and roomy, however, the floors and baseboards were not clean. My grand daughter who crawls had black legs. Also, I don’t think as much as the price is for the stay you should have to pay to park!! We had to go downstairs to get blankets because all they had were sheets on the bed. The whole condo needs updating!! I don’t think we will stay at any of the Phoneix’s again!! There was only 4 elevators for the whole Phoenix V. We spent a lot of the time waiting for an elevator from the 12th floor. The good thing were the beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked great! Coming from South Louisiana right after Hurricane Ida electricity and air conditioning was very welcome!

It was easy process to reserve. Wasn’t quite as we had anticipated. There was no passcode for door but had that area duct taped over & regular door lock. Wasn’t a huge deal except we only got one key to use between 2 adults & 6 teenagers so was very inconvenient. We are a taller family shortest being 5’7” & tallest being 6’3” so shower heads were rather short. Would have liked more cozy seating for a space that sleeps 10 only had a couch & 2 chairs for comfy seats. The condo itself had some downfalls. First day they closed outside pool for maintenance, kids said hot tub wasn’t warm. View was fantastic! Loved being able to look over the ocean whenever we wanted. Weather wasn’t very cooperative for our time but we did enjoy a couple fairly warm days.

Great vacation

Easy to rent on VRBO. Condo was beautiful and clean. Only had two small issues: front bathroom was missing tub plug but we replaced it; and, the closet door to the washer was off its hinge when we arrived. Other than that it was great!
