This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit has one of the best views on the beach. The corner unit on the second floor has a wrap-around balcony with a gulf front view of the beach all the way to Phoenix West and east to the sunrise over the jetty. Enjoy lunch on the balcony at the pub table with 4 chairs or sunbathe on the chaise lounge.

The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed and access to a private balcony on the north side. The first guest bedroom has a pair of queen-size beds, and the third bedroom also has a bunk set of queen-size beds. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has a DVD player. All bedrooms have big closets and loads of drawer space.

The dining table seats six with 4 chairs and a bench. Plus, the 9-foot bar seats another 4 people. The spacious living room offers cozy couch, loveseat, chair, coffee table and end table. The living room also has a new 43-inch TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD combination.

Gulf-front balcony offers exquisite views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Perdido Pass inlet.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
