We really enjoyed our stay here! The views from the balcony are beautiful and make for a relaxing spot to start or end the day. For a one-bedroom unit, it’s very spacious and feels just right for a couple. The room was clean overall, though there were a couple of stains on the furniture—which is understandable since it’s a rental unit.The amenities were a great bonus, especially having access to the gym. But of course, the highlight was the beach—being able to walk right out to it was awesome and exactly what we came for.A few things to keep in mind: the unit only came with one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, and just two dishwasher pods. There was no dish soap provided, which made it harder to quickly wash a few dishes by hand (we ended up buying some all what was lacking), and no basic seasonings like salt and pepper for cooking. Not a big deal, but something worth knowing ahead of time.Noise can also be a factor—sounds from neighbors above and from the parking lot/street carry into the room, so light sleepers might get woken up by car alarms or people coming and going.All that said, I would stay here again. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and fun activities. Orange Beach itself is also a wonderful place for couples, especially if you’re celebrating an anniversary. There are plenty of spots with live music that make for some adult fun and a chance to enjoy romantic connections.

The location in Orange beach was convenient to the attractions in the area. The condo was decent size for 1 bed/1 bath. The kitchen and bathroom were both dingy and needed to be updated. The some of the cabinets wouldn't close all of the way and some of the drawers would come off the tracks when opened and closed. The paint on the cabinets was peeling and dirty. The curcuit breaker panel door was bent and didnt close. This is the first thing you see when you walk in the door. There was also construction going on in the stairwell of the building while we where there. From 9:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday they where jackhammering the stairwell. I'm sure this was scheduled in advance and the owners were notified. It would have been nice if this information was passed on to us as this was right outside of our unit. It would had given us the opportunity to change our plans.

1st night was terrible. Water was on the floors and maintenance had to bring in fans and a dehumidifier to evaporate the condensation and water. Fans were extremely loud and mgmt said there were unable to move us to another unit because they were full.

This property was extremely nice. Perfect for our needs. Enjoyed seeing all the dolphins from the 12th floor. Location to everything you need and desire is within minutes of walking or driving. Would rent again :)

It was very nice, would like to have more comfortable patio furniture. Also, our room was 1126 & we finally found it on the 12th floor, how strange. You should have told us it was on that floor. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great stay

Place is nice.. good amenities, clean rooms appliances worked. Splash pad stopped working 3 days into our stay. Pools seem to be clean and beach is nice. Guards are pushy about wrist bands in pool area, which I can understand to a point but when 3 different guards ask with in an hour to see the band it gets annoying and ruins the family fun time. Front desk person was great! Loading and unloading were great! Head of maintenance from costal associates knocked on our door 8:30 am asking if we had a missing cart in our room… It was annoying to be woken up after 5 minutes or door bell ringing just to tell him nope no secret cart scheme going on in my room… sorry bro and thanks for waking up my kids. Would stay again!!!

Perfect Spring Break in Orange Beach

The condo was perfect for 2 people. We loved the area. The restaurants were amazing. I especially loved the check in process. It was quick and easy. We were texted the door code about an hour before checkin and the parking pass was on the kitchen table so all we had to do is pull up, unload our stuff, and then park the car. We rarely had to wait for the elevator. The pool was warm which is a plus in April when the ocean water is still cold. I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable beach condo

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo. We loved that it had two recliners! Although we were alerted about the elevators being renovated, that did not affect our stay. However, one of the reasons I chose this property was for the hot tub. We were not informed that the hot tubs and fitness room were being renovated. We had to go to the building next door to use those, and since it was cold outside that was inconvenient.

Good condo - Poor Management

Check-in was bad. Room not ready at scheduled check-in time. Waited 2 hours. No call from management. Back at property at 6.00 and front desk shut down. Had to go to another property for check-in service. Condo was clean, updated and nice for couple of people.
