My Family and I have stayed in this unit 3 times in just a little over a year (13mos.) and have found it to be a very enjoyable experience each time! We are booked for a week next year (2015) as well!!

Nice view

nice view but the tub/shower should be redone (upgraded). Some kitchen essentials, like a pot holder were missing.. Deep cleaning needed but overall a nice unit.

Beach Vacay

Did not receive any communication regarding check-in. Sent multiple emails and had to finally do a chat to get answers for check-in when arriving after 5. Condo was exactly as listed. Bed was uncomfortable for me. Needed a softer mattress but that is my preference. Desk at condo was not friendly or helpful. The people at Phoenix VII were very helpful and they actually answered all my questions and took care of issues.

Son’s Wedding week-end

Enjoyed our long weekend! Restful stay after our son’s wedding at the OB art’s center. The condo was perfect for us. Our only complaint was the mattress. They need a new one. Every else was just wonderful!
