The Space
This light-filled executive-style home offers comfort, privacy, and space for everyone. With four bedrooms and open-plan living areas, it’s ideal for families or friends travelling together. The home is all on one level, located in a peaceful beachside subdivision, and features modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout.

Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with a large, north-facing covered deck—perfect for BBQs, lounging in the sun, or enjoying a glass of wine after a beach day. The fully fenced yard adds peace of mind for families with children.

Things to Note
• A vehicle is required to access local amenities and explore the area comfortably.
• The home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
• ⚠️ Pre-Authorization Damage Deposit Hold
To ensure coverage for any potential incidentals or damages during your stay, Bush to Bay Holiday Stays will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your credit card two days before check-out.
This is a standard hospitality practice and serves as a placeholder for any additional charges before final billing.
Important: A pre-authorization hold is not a charge—it simply reserves funds temporarily. If no incidental costs or damages occur, the hold will be released after check-out, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Perfect location for where we needed to be!

Exactly what is advertised - perfect for any type of getaway as house is child friendly also, great deck set up. Quiet neighbourhood, would book again when in the area.

Fabulous beach stay

This is a superb large property for beach holidays or special family occasions. The house accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The living areas, both inside and on the large deck, are also spacious - plenty of room to spread out. Great kitchen and bathrooms. We loved it and would definitely highly recommend this modern, light filled beach house.

Wonderful outdoor and indoor flow, ample space for 10 people with visitors.

Loved the indoor outdoor flow, very nice and spacious. Clean and tidy. Wonderful little area to stay and there was a nice deck with covering. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property. :)

beautiful property. tidy & well equipped. re deep clean, the dust was noticeable because we all have allergies. but it was generally clean. we had an enquiry about using the oven & rang the property manager who was extremely helpful, thankyou. overall, we loved our stay and look forward to the next one, and wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again.

Family get away

The property is in an amazing location and the local area is incredibly safe and quiet. There are countless activities to do and we loved walking to the beach, local river mouth and biking around the area. The house is terrific and covered all of our needs so well. Finally, the locals were incredible which added to the overall enjoyment of our time there

A great spot!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. A perfect set up for our extended family including 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space for all of us. Very clean and in a great location, close to the beach and a very safe neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend.
