The room faced onto the street so nights were sometimes disturbed by groups of people talking loudly outside the cafe below, but traffic noise was not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay, and very much hoping to return one day. "

"Beautifully remodeled hotel in the middle of everything in Nice. Pack light, because there’s no elevator and it’s on the 4th floor, but the staff very willingly offered to help with luggage which was lovely. Nice and quiet even in the city, and walkable to everywhere in Nice. Felt like a luxury to stay here!"

" Could not have been in a better location with a great view of the ocean and promenade! Balcony was very large and perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset. Only downside was that the walls were pretty thin so could hear neighbors easily, but the other aspects made up for it."

The location is on a walkable distance from the central station and right in front of the main Cathedral. The old city center is 10-15 minutes by walk.
