The stylish living and dining area, personally curated and tastefully decorated, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay and the rooftops of the historic Austro-Hungarian villas of Opatija.

The fully air-conditioned living and dining space is designed for total comfort, with a cozy sofa arrangement, an inviting dining area, and a cutting-edge home entertainment system featuring Sonos sound, Apple iPad control, and streaming capability. The space opens onto a 30 sqm panoramic sky terrace, offering spectacular views of the pool, mountains, and sea.
