"スタッフの方の皆様がとても対応がよく、笑顔で接していただき、2泊したが食事も毎回変わっていて大変美味しかったです。 2泊目の夕食時のご飯が硬いところがあり、残してしまいました。朝の残りかと思いました。 大浴場の温泉は満足！ ただ、足が不自由な母と一緒だった為、エレベーターがあると助かります。 あと、足が不自由な母は部屋の露天風呂を楽しみにしていましたが、内風呂も部屋露天風呂も温泉じゃなかったのは非常に残念でした。"

"部屋は広くてとても綺麗でした。 夕食のビッフェは沢山種類があって特にカニ、ステーキ、すき焼き、果物は美味しいかったです。 残念な所は温泉施設が3ヶ所に分かれていたので移動が大変でした。 アメニティはとても充実してました。"

"息子夫婦と4人で行きましたが寝室も2部屋あり、お風呂も寝室隣にあり素晴らしかったです。サウナや温泉に一人でゆっくり入れるなんて初めてで最高でした。 ただエアコンと食器洗い機の使い方が難しかったので説明書があれば言うこと無しだったと思います。また来年も泊まりたいです。"
