Most of the staff were friendly and respectful from check in to check out . The hotel was Well kept as most hiltons abroad are . The manager is doing a good job at running this hotel. I didnt find any thing wrong with my stay here .

The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. There were so.e small issues (the faucet in one room broke and the USB outlets in the lamp did not work) but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Muy buena ubicación. Todo está cerca. Muy buena seguridad y el barrio se ve tranquilo. Gracias a Carmen por su amabilidad y ayuda. De verdad todo excelente. La próxima vez que venga a Trujillo me quedo otra vez aquí.
