Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay at the Garden House. The back yard was lovely and the house very clean and comfortable….the sunroom and rec room were extra perks. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful home and hosts! Warm hospitality. Perfectly clean and cozy home. Comfortable for the traveling grandparents and fun in the basement and yard for the kids. Would give 50 star rating if I could. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The Garden House was a great choice for us! We were in town for a family wedding. House had everything we needed, very clean and plenty of room. We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time

Had such a nice time with my family for thanksgiving at the garden house. The house was clean, communication with the owners was excellent, the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Perfect cozy home

We would definitely stay here a million times over again. The owners were very sweet & welcoming. The home was so cozy & nice. Everything was very clean & the yard is beautiful. The pool table downstairs came in handy when there was a large gap in between games. Couldn’t have been better. :)

Quiet New York State

This home was minutes from the campus of SUNY Oneonta and between the amount of the rooms the house provided and its location it worked perfectly for our stay in New York. The property owners were also very nice and accommodating.

Perfect Location and Home for ASV

Beautiful property, inside and out. Location was perfect for a family with a player at All Star Village. Homeowners were extremely kind and accommodating. They made our experience in Cooperstown so comfortable and warm. Would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again!

The garden house

What a wonderful home to relax it’s after a full day of baseball! It is conveniently located 8 minutes from ASV and local shopping. Dave and Anne made us feel like family and had all the bases covered. Their yard is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. The home was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Great stay at Garden House

We stayed for a week while our son played at All Star Village. The Garden House was perfect for the week! Located an easy 5 miles from the fields. The house was very clean and well maintained. The owners were there to meet us, incredibly friendly and available for anything we needed. I highly recommend this affordable, clean, great location house!

Such a great property!

This property was perfect for us! House was comfortable, clean, and location to All Star Village was perfect! Having a cup of coffee on the patio in the morning was so peaceful. Hosts were amazing! Communicating through text message, made it so easy. Anything we needed, or any question we had Dave and Anne responded immediately. I would definitely come back here and stay. I highly suggest anyone to stay here.

Fantatsic Home!

This was definitely home away from home. We stayed for our daughter's graduation and felt so welcomed by Anne and Dave. They were great hosts who met us at the property to show us the house and the ins and outs of the property. The home was very clean and so comfortable. The bedrooms were big and the beds, pillows and linens very comfortable as well. There is a beautiful sunroom where we enjoyed morning coffee and a fully stocked kitchen. The yard is a gardener's dream, so beautiful. We highly recommend this rental!

Garden House Stay

We were two retired couples visiting Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. The Garden House was a short drive from Cooperstown in a lovely location. The home is an older home with lots of hardwood flooring and trim. The yard and landscaping was very pretty. Anne and Dave are great hosts and a pleasure to meet. We were able to check out Oneonta and Cooperstown which were both quaint and nice places to visit.
