  • Located in an Oneonta residential setting, is the Championship House. This house is divided into 3 separate units, each completely self-contained. These units are an excellent choice for families traveling together who want the convenience of the same location, while still enjoying their own private accommodations. The Championship House is very convenient to both All Star Village and the Cooperstown Baseball World baseball tournaments. This listing is for the Championship #1 unit only.



    Centrally located, Championship #1 is:

    • 3 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World

    This is a 2-bedroom, spacious first floor apartment. It two queen size beds, a large (55" or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV in the living room, with 43" (or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV's in each bedroom. Free high speed wireless internet is available for your use.



    The updated kitchen has a granite countertop and tile floor. It has a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and dishwasher. Both baths are fully tiled, with a tub/shower combo in one bath and stall shower in the other. A gas grill is available for your convenience. There is a shared laundry room in the building.



    I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.



    Championship House is in a residential neighborhood, convenient to the All-Star Village and Baseball World ballparks as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



    There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.



    There are 2 other units available in this building - Championship #2 and Championship #3 - they each have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. For larger groups, you can rent all three to have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that will sleep 12. Please contact us if you are interested in renting the entire home for a larger group accommodation.

Perfect rental for ASV

I stayed here while my son played at All Star Village. It was the perfect place! It’s less than 10 minutes to the fields and had all the amenities I needed including laundry. Highly recommend!

Championship #1. If you're going for Cooperstown this unit was really convenient. It was cheaper than a hotel. Great location, really close to All Star Village, for the break in between games. Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Terrific experience!

The apartment was just as advertised and a great fit for our needs. Clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Very convenient to All-Star Village. Jerry met us personally for check-in despite it being quite late. Highly recommended.

The management team was very accommodating with our arrival after midnight. Location was very good. Just a few minutes from the baseball parks and downtown. communication with management before arrival was superb.

Excellent place to stay. The only two drawbacks would be the really small shower in the front bathroom and the traffic noise because it is at intersection. Overall an awesome place and the communication with the staff was great. Would definitely stay here again.
