  • Luxury and modern apartment for 6 persons. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and guest toilet, living room and kitchen. Guests have access to a shared pool and garden with barbecue facilities, a seating area and a terrace. The house is located near beaches and restaurants which makes it ideal for a vacation with family or friends. WiFi and air conditioning are included in the price.

    Njivice
    Njivice is a coastal village in the northwest of the island Krk, south of Omišalj to which they belong administratively. The drive is only a few minutes away from the Krk Bridge, Rijeka Airport and Malinska in the south. In the past, residents of Njivice have been engaged in fishing, livestock breeding and olive growing, but nowadays, due to its convenient location, transport connections and natural beauties, Njivice is becoming a popular tourist destination. Njivice today has 1115 inhabitants.

    The beaches in Njivice are pebbled or tiled, while there are a number of smaller, more private beaches outside the town. The Njivice center is a port close to restaurants, cafes and other tourist attractions. There are two hotels in Njivice and a campsite. Recently, private accommodation in apartments or family holiday homes has become increasingly available in Njivice.

    It is located in the Kijac neighborhood and pets are allowed. The dog beach has trash cans, including bags. The beach is pebbly, offering the water trampoline and pedal boats. There are many restaurants in the area as well.
    Pod crkvu
    The beach in the center of Njivice, consists of several "capes", that is, you can choose between a pebble beach, a concrete part, a rocky area and a nudist beach. With refreshment restaurants, parents with children can relax as the beach is equipped with a trampoline, water world on the sea and pedal boats as well.
    Jadran
    Along the promenade in Njivice, next to a forest that provides natural shade. Rich in amenities such as restaurants, stalls and cafes. There are even two nice chill out beach bars.
    Blatna
    This secluded wild beach is located in a hard-to-reach bay. There are many hiking trails and mountain biking trails in this area, and nearby (slightly inland) is the Mohorov archeological site.
    Dumboka
    This lonely wild beach is very difficult to access. There are numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. The Omišalj Refinery is a few bays away.

Great stay!

We stayed 14 days and we had a lovely time. The hostess Ruža was extremely kind and available. The apartment was clean and functional. 7min from restaurants, bars and see. The pool is cleaned every day which was very pleasant.

Ein schönes neues Haus, direkt an der Straße zu Njivice. Bei Problemen am Fernseher und sonstigen Kleinigkeiten hat sich die Dame immer umgehend gekümmert, können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und alles funktioniert. Es sind nur wenige Minuten in den Ortskern mit einem kleinen Supermark, Bäckereien und Restaurants und natürlich zum Strand. Der zugehörige Pool war auch sauber und angenehm mit guten Liegestühlen und guten Sonnenschirmen.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön, der Balkon war groß und hatte Meerblick. Der Pool war sehr schön und wurde täglich gereinigt, Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden. Wir konnten vor dem Haus parken und es gab eine Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung. Und richtige Rollos :-) Der Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker und ein Minimarkt waren fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin Ruza wohnt in Sichtweite und war immer erreichbar, Check-in und Checkout haben reibungslos geklappt, es gab frische Handtücher und sie hat uns sogar einmal mit Gebäck und zum Abschied mit Wein überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden immer wiederkommen

High-end vacation!

Heel mooi appartement in een rustig wijkje. Je hoeft niet ver te lopen voor het strand en winkels etc. De eigenaar(s) staan voor je klaar en je kan ze snel bereiken. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt in het appartement. Wij hebben er een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Major-league holiday!

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und sauber. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls toll und schön groß. Jedoch ließen die Umstände während unseres Aufenthalts sehr zu wünschen übrig. Beginnend mit dem Geiz an grundlegendsten Sachen wie bsw. Klopapier, Küchenrollen und Spülmaschinentabs. Lediglich eine bereits zur Hälfte aufgebrauchte Klopapierrolle stand uns zur Verfügung (um nur eines der aufgegriffenen Beispiele zu nennen). Des Weiteren, wird sich nicht an die Informationen, die der Gast über Airbnb erhält, gehalten. Bei Ankunft wurde eine Kaution in Höhe von 300€ (!) berechnet. Solch eine Info, vor allem wenn der Betrag in solch eine Höhe schießt, muss dem Gast VORAB mitgeteilt werden und nicht erst bei Ankunft. Außerdem stimmten wohl auch die Check-Out Informationen nicht überein. Laut Airbnb sowie laut meiner Bestätigungsmails war Check-Out um 11 Uhr. Am Tag unserer Abreise klingelte es bereits um kurz vor 10 Uhr, ob wir denn fertig seien. Nach kurzer Diskussion sowie „Genehmigung“ des Check-outs um 11 Uhr, hieß es, die Agentur, welche für das Apartment verantwortlich sei, schreibt einen Check-Out um 10 Uhr vor. Das darf nicht sein, dass die Agentur komplett von den Informationen die man als Gast über Airbnb bekommt abweicht. Ich schließe den „Vertrag“ mit und über Airbnb und richte mich danach und nicht nach einer Agentur die im Hintergrund tätig ist. Es ist die Verpflichtung dieser Agentur, die Informationen korrekt über Airbnb an Kunden zu übermitteln. Sehr schade, denn das Apartment ist wirklich ein Traum. Aufenthalt war nur leider alles andere als reibungslos.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt für eine Woche. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, im einem kleinen feine Ort auf Krk. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, alles war sauber und wie beschrieben! Die Kinder haben den Pool im Hof genossen.

Very good location, few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket, 1m to the nearest cafe. Good equipment in the kitchen. Air conditioning, floor heater, Sea view. The host is always ready to help
