"Small, cozy and really luxury hotel. Amazing view, room, staff and food. So serviceminded and if anythng happen or you need anything they just solve it. Because its a smaller hotel in the countryside it is really calm and quit. You are often the only one in the restaurant. Local small supermarket 900 m away and amazing local restaurant in the city with local food. But it is a very uphill walk.. so you must enjoy the countryside / mountains to stay here. Highly recommended. "

"A wonderful house, very well decorated and kept with everything you need including a heated pool and great sea views. Amazing to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun go down over the sea. Lots to do nearby and a short drive from Omis, which is a great river and seaside town."

"Place was immaculately clean, well equipped with toilet roll and basic kitchen supplies. Hosts relatives live near the house so when it rained they removed the wet doormat and looked after the place. Beautiful location, roads took a bit of getting used to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "Lovely modern hotel very near to the sea. Excellent in every way, great food in the restaurant. Only downside poor signage from main road above so really difficult to find"

"This villa was incredible. Vera was super nice and very helpful. She met with us when she checked us in and gave us a TON of useful information. Everything about the home was clean and there were plenty of dishes/pots, etc. The photos of the home are beautiful but they simply don't do justice to how fantastic it is. There are tons of flowers and vegetable plants and there is even a fig tree on the property. The pool was great as well as immaculate. After a day of driving round up and down the coast it was great to come back to this vacation home and make dinner (or grill - they have a GREAT grill). Frankly some of the time we were in Croatia we just hung out at the villa because it was so comfortable and fun. If I go back to Croatia and I am anywhere near that area I will for sure book Vera's place again. One last thing - you are not going to BELIEVE the beautiful views both above and below the villa. Thanks Vera!!"

"We spent a wonderful week in Villa Delmati with family and friends. The Villa is huge and immaculately kept. The summer kitchen worked really well for us and we lived outdoors for the whole week. The pool was well used to say the least along with the full sized tennis court. Location wise, very well placed; 10 minutes from Omis and 25 minutes from Split. The coastal road south of Omis was spectacular with its turquoise seas and numerous beach and cove stopping points. During our stay we made a trip to Split, a day's boat trip to the island of Brac (truly unforgettable and would highly recommend) and had a fantastic meal in Naklice at Konoba Palacio which is 5 minutes drive But the stand out part of our trip has to be the hospitality shown to us by the owners who were fun, warm, welcoming and so helpful in sharing recommendations. A special mention to Laura for welcoming us late after a flight delay and also her top class organisation of the boat trip, which is an absolute must, and booking of the local restaurant on our last day in Tugare. Also to Laura's Mum for the special feast she cooked for our group during our stay. We had an unforgettable week in this Villa and we would highly recommend. We wouldn't hesitate to return here agin in future."
