The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a TV. This area leads to a terrace. There is one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm. The kitchenette is well-appointed with an oven, five gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has a shower room with a bidet and a toilet. Gas heating is available from October 1st to May 25th. On the top floor, you'll find an open room with sloping ceilings ranging from 80 cm to 250 cm in height, featuring two beds.
