First appearance on arrival is of an old poorly maintained motel. Reception was closed on arrival but a phone call and someone came in a few minutes. Staff were polite and helpful. everything was great but we preferred our stay previously in room on 19th floor, this time 4th floor, definitely if staying longer would prefer higher floors otherwise clean, everything including washer and dryer, just perfect.
