Non staying guests not allowed on premise to visit.

We have friends who reside in Omaha that we couldn’t invite over because they weren’t part of the four on the reservation. Understand you want to control partying but some can do it without any problems. I will definitely be looking at this rule before I book another VRBO.

Family Friendly Stay

We had an awesome time staying at Antonio’s place. My mom, dad, husband and I all enjoyed our time here. We were visiting my sister’s family and our newest niece and we had them all over for a family movie night on the bottom floor which is cool, cozy, has a large sectional couch, great TV, space for snacks, and even a Mortal Kombat arcade game setup that the boys enjoyed! We rewashed the towels upon arrival, they smelled perfectly clean, but I was a bit paranoid as they were white towels and not perfectly white. I didn’t mention this to Antonio, so that is my bad, but we truly enjoyed our stay. The next time the family visits my sister in Omaha, we’ll definitely book with Antonio again. UPDATE: I reached out to Antonio after this posting and he said he will change out the white towels! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK! He is FANTASTIC!!!

Solid Family Home in a Lovely Neighborhood

Our interaction with Antonio was excellent. The home was as advertised with a lovely kitchen and excellent beds. The place seemed freshly painted and was very pleasant to spend time in. There is a new deck out back and good chairs that encourage conversation. I have only a few suggestions that would make it better (almost perfect?). An extra chair in the living room would be great and it would be really, really nice to have some bedside table lamps. Otherwise, I would definitely stay in this home again, the next time I find myself in Omaha.

West Omaha home

Communication with the owner was good. He responded quickly to questions and concerns. The kitchen was very nice and is represented well in the pictures. Great for cooking family meals. Nice lighting. The only drawback to the kitchen/dining area (my error for not noticing in the pictures) is that there is not a standard dining table. There is a nice bar area to eat, however, we love to sit and chat and was a bit awkward at the bar. Not a big deal though. The bedrooms were nice and the upstairs bathrooms were fine. The towels were adequate but not fluffy and new as pictured. Our concerns with the home were the following: the deck has exposed nails and wood rotting, and no furniture to sit outside. No railings on the front steps which are a bit uneven. The indoor steps have broken edges with sharp points as you walk downstairs. The downstairs half bathroom (one of the three) is a toilet and utility sink in the utility room, and concrete wet floors as something is draining there. It is also musty downstairs which I understand is a basement but just an FYI. The owner offered to move us next door to their other rental which was a nice offer. We chose to stay as already settled. He also responded quickly to our concerns. The kitchen is lovely and the bedrooms are comfortable. Our comments are just FYIs to renters as is nice to know the detail.s.

Home Away From Home

We enjoyed having a place that was homey and inviting. Having the garage available for our cargo carrier was nice so we didn't have it attached when we traveled. The kids enjoyed the big backyard by playing corn hole.

Nice owner

Antonio was great with communication and made it very easy to check in and out. Nice neighborhood in western Omaha suburbs. Kitchen was nice and gave us ability to easily prepare meals rather than having to eat out all the time. Bathrooms were small but he supplied nice soft towels.
