Comfortable, cozy, bungalow in Omaha close to all the desired spots. You are just minutes from the Historic Aksarben District. Only a few miles from the world-famous Henry Doorly Zoo, Old Market area, Blackstone District, and downtown CHI Center and arena. Perfect place to stay during the NCAA Men's Baseball College World Series & the annual Berkshire Hathaway stockholders meeting. Close to UNMC and Creighton Medical Center.
The space
Each room is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, closet with dresser, full size mirror and touch sensitive lamp with USB port. The room also has a bathroom. It is the only bathroom in the house but it has a shower/tub combo and newly tiled flooring. We also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stocked. The main room has a small seating area with ROKU enabled TV. The dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully stocked. The loft is all one room but sectioned off into 2 spaces; one with a queen bed and the other a full bed. Each area has a small dresser, bench, fan and touch sensitive lamps with USB ports. The basement is set up for watching TV, hanging out and playing games. The laundry room in the basement is stocked with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. The backyard has a partial fence and we have a stake in the yard for a dog leash. Our porch and deck are perfect to relax and enjoy your favorite beverage.
