A historic 1,000 square foot Atrium loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic, 1,000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.



This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, and private bathroom. In the second bedroom you'll find a king bed and walk-in closet.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

This is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building. Any pets brought during a stay will incur an additional $149 pet fee.

Everything was great!! Great location and it was all easy. Getting to our loft, directions on how to get there and park, what to do when our trip had ended. The loft was modern and had all you would want. It was wonderful. Can't wait to go back.

The location was superb. The check in and check out process was so easy and our stay was pleasant. The only reason we would chose not to stay again is the sleeping accomodations. The mattresses and pillows were terrrible, and the beds creaked every time you roll over. Once the mattresses and bedding is upgraded this place is 5 stars.

very nicely appointed and comfy. The location is perfect for access to restaurants, parks, open space and connections to the river. On-street parking is easy to access and adjacent to the building. The unit is in the building interior with visual access to the atrium, and no direct outside street view which was ok for our group. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location to the old market area of Omaha. We had one wheelchair and building was very accessible. Fan in first bathroom was pretty dirty, ice maker did not work, sparsely furnished and definitely not much cookware/dinnerware. But overall the place was clean and great for 2 nights!

Great place overall

The check in and out process was excellent, great location downtown, safe, clean, very modern and all newly updated. I really enjoyed this VRBO the only reason I didn’t give a 5 is the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable mattress my husband and I have ever slept on. I highly recommend the owner stay one night in both beds. I would definitely stay there again if the mattresses were upgraded. I don’t expect anything special but this mattress was extremely uncomfortable I was very happy with everything else and it was a really great stay other than the mattress.

Satisfactory, but thats it!

The property is property portrayed. It was clean, easy to access (except the elevator was broken so hauling luggage up three flights of stairs wasn't great), and adequate. I think that if the owner or property manager actually spent one night in this property it could be so much better. For two king beds (that were adequate in comfiness), there are 4 pillows for sleeping in total. Those pillows are paper thin. I did not find any extra bedding in the property. This was disappointing. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable, and the chairs that are next to the kitchen counter are to high for the counter so you can't actually sit in them and get your legs under the counter. There are no outside windows and controling the temperature in the unit was limited. There was a celing fan with the light in the master bedroom, but the fan wasn't hooked up and didn't work which made for warm sleeping. A few small changes could make this property so much better. I don't know if I would book it again....if I did I would bring my own pillows and a fan for sure.

Great place. Super clean. Incredible location. Not perfect, but almost.

Great place. Like new. Extra clean. Superb location close to so much great stuff. No car necessary. Loved our stay and will definitely book again when I come back to Omaha. A couple things weren’t perfect: the WiFi - did not work in one of the bedrooms and where it did work it would occasionally just shut off. Also this unit would benefit greatly with the addition of a coffee table. Still five stars all day but just shy of perfection.
