"Very close to train station -30 second walk. But also very quiet no train noise. This is a modern hotel that was a joy to stay in. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Kakunodate again. Check in is unmanned so you need your booking number and use the check in machine."

Halcoya Hanare A lodging where you can enjoy wood / Iwate-gun Iwate
"The house is new and clean. It is a quiet and friendly place. However, the location given on the website is not correct, although it is listed correctly on Google Maps. Communication with the owner about check-in was also not very satisfying. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time overall."
