For ski-in, ski-out privileges and upscale amenities, look no further than this 2BR/2BA condo in the Everline Resort & Spa! The two-unit layout offers extra space and privacy with a main condo and an adjacent studio lock-off. You'll appreciate the gas fireplace, two well-appointed kitchenettes, and plush furnishings throughout.

In addition to an on-site chair lift, the resort features two heated pools, hot tubs, a gym, and a full-service spa. During summer months, activities include fly-fishing in the pond, tennis, and golf. An ice-skating rink and a cross-country ski area await in the winter. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. Lake Tahoe is 10 minutes away.

The main condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Kick back in the living area by the gas fireplace and screen a movie on the TV. The kitchenette is outfitted with a two-burner stovetop, a sink, a mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Gather for meals around the table for four in the dining area. The bedroom includes a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. The bathroom can also be accessed from the living area.

The studio accommodates four guests. Watch your favorite shows on the TV. A writing desk by the windows presents a scenic workspace. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, an insulated ice bucket, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sleep soundly on two queen-size beds. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

These units are located on the fifth floor. Elevators are available.
Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in the early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
